Özet
Kur'an-ı Kerim nazil olduğu dönemden bu yana iyi anlaşılmaya çalışılmış bir kitaptır. İlk dönemlerden itibaren müfessirler ayetleri tefsir ederek bu alanda ciltler dolusu eserler kaleme almışlardır. Tefsir faaliyetlerinde dönemin şartları etkili olmuştur. Müfessirler yaşadığı dönemin siyasi, sosyal ve kültürel şartlarından etkilenmişlerdir. Bu durumun yazdıkları eserlere yansıması doğal olarak kendini göstermiştir. Farklı boyutlar kazanarak günümüze kadar devam eden tefsir faaliyetleri, yaşanılan çağın ihtiyaçları da dikkate alındığında çeşitli tefsir ekollerinin ortaya çıkışını beraberinde getirmiştir. İctimai, edebi, tasavvufi, konulu, aksiyon ve modernist tefsir ekolü bunlara birer örnektir. Bu ekollerden birisi de son iki yüz yıldır etkinliğini artıran ve çalışmamızın ana eksenini oluşturan bilimsel tefsir ekolüdür. Bilimsel tefsiri, bilimsel verilerle ayetlerin işaret ettiği delaletler arasındaki uyumu araştıran ve açıklamaya çalışan bir tefsir çeşidi olarak tanımlamak mümkündür. Kur'an-ı Kerim'in bazı ayetlerine bilimsel açıdan yaklaşan ve yapmış olduğu bazı yorumlarda bilimselliği ön plana çıkaran çağdaş müfessirlerden birisi de Bayraktar Bayraklı'dır. Bu çalışmamızda, Bayraktar Bayraklı'nın“Yeni Bir Anlayışın Işığında Kur'an Tefsiri”adlı eserinde ayetlere bilimsel yaklaşımı değerlendirilmiştir. İlk olarak müfessirin hayatı, yazmış olduğu kitapları, Kur'an meali ve tespit edilen makaleleri ele alınmıştır. Kitapları hakkında çok kısa bilgiler verilmiştir. Müfessirin yazdığı tefsir hakkında ayrıntılı bilgiler verilerek tefsirde takip ettiği 8 ayrı metottan bahsedilmiştir. Bayraklı'nın tefsiri yazarken başvurduğu kaynaklara ve tefsir hakkında yapılan çalışmalara da yer verilmiştir. Akabinde bilimsel tefsirin tanımı, ortaya çıkışı, gelişim süreci, bilimsel tefsiri savunanlar, karşı çıkanlar, bilimsel tefsir yapacak kişide aranan şartlar, Kur'an'a bilimsel yaklaşımın sınırları ve bilimsel tefsirle ilgili literatür gibi konular hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Bayraklı'nın“Yeni Bir Anlayışın Işığında Kur'an Tefsiri”adlı eserinde; Astronomi, Biyoloji, Anatomi, Botanik, Fizik, Jeoloji, Zooloji ve Koruyucu Hekimlik ile ilişkilendirilen ayetler konu başlıkları altında ayrıntılı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır. Müfessirin zikredilen konulara ışık tutan ayetler hakkında beyan ettiği görüşlere yer verilmiştir. Diğer taraftan ayetleri tefsir ederken başvurmuş olduğu kaynaklar incelenerek hem o kaynaklar hem de müfessirin kendi görüşlerinin olduğu kısımlar dipnotta gösterilmiştir. Bu bağlamda klasik ve bilimsel anlamda yazılan diğer kaynaklardan atıfta bulunularak konu genel çerçevede değerlendirilmiştir.

The Holy Qur'an is a book that has been tried to be well understood since the period when it was revealed. From the first periods, the interpreters have written volumes of works in this field by interpreting the verses. The conditions of the period were effective in tafsir activities. The interpreters were influenced by the political, social and cultural conditions of the period in which they lived. The reflection of this situation on the works they wrote naturally manifested itself. Tafsir activities, which have continued to this day by gaining different dimensions, have brought about the emergence of various tafsir schools when the needs of the current era are taken into account. Ijtimai, literary, sufi, thematic, action and modernist exegetical schools are examples of these. One of these schools is the scientific exegesis school, which has increased its effectiveness for the last two hundred years and constitutes the main axis of our work. It is possible to define scientific exegesis as a type of exegesis that investigates and tries to explain the harmony between scientific data and the Deciphered signs of the verses. Bayraktar Bayraklı is one of the contemporary interpreters who approaches some verses of the Holy Qur'an from a scientific point of view and brings scientific to the forefront in some of the comments he has made. In this study, Bayraktar Bayraklı's scientific approach to the verses in his work“Qur'anic Exegesis in the Light of a New Understanding”was evaluated. First, the life of the mufassir, the books he has written, the meaning of the Qur'an and the articles identified are discussed. Very brief information is given about his books. Detailed information is given about the tafsir written by the interpreter and 8 different methods that he followed in the tafsir are mentioned. The sources that Bayraklı applied when writing the commentary and the studies about the commentary are also included. Then, information was given about the definition of scientific tafsir, its emergence, development process, those who defend scientific tafsir, those who oppose it, the conditions required for a person to make scientific tafsir, the limits of scientific approach to the Qur'an and the literature related to scientific tafsir. In addition, in Bayraklı's work“Qur'anic Exegesis in the Light of a New Understanding”; The verses associated with Astronomy, Biology, Anatomy, Botany, Physics, Geology, Zoology and Preventive Medicine are discussed in detail under the subject headings. The opinions expressed by the interpreter about the verses that shed light on the issues mentioned are given. On the other hand, the sources to which he applied while interpreting the verses are examined and both those sources and the parts where the interpreter has his own opinions are shown in the footnote. In this context, the subject has been evaluated in a general framework by referring to other sources written in a classical and scientific sense.
