Özet

Öğretim yöneticisi olan hem öğrenci hem de öğretim değerlendirmesini yapan öğretmenler meslek hayatları boyunca sürekli iletişim halindedirler. Bu durum öğretmenlerin sorumluluk bilincini artırmakta buna paralel olarak da yıpranmalarını kolaylaştırmaktadır. Birebir ilişki ve etkili iletişimin yoğun olduğu öğretmenlik mesleğinde sorumluluklardan kaynaklı stres durumu oluşabilmekte bu da psikolojilerinin olumsuz etkilenmesine ve beraberinde hem öğretmenlik mesleğini hem de insani görevlerini tam olarak yerine getirememesine sebep olmaktadır. Toplum açısından en önemli mesleklerden biri olan bu meslekte öğretmenlere ciddi sorumluluklar yüklenmekte ve öğretmenlerin de bu sorumlulukları en doğru şekilde yerine getirmeleri beklenmektedir. Fiziksel ve ruhsal açıdan bireyin gelişiminde önemli rol üstlenen beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin de üstlendiği sorumluluklar bir hayli fazladır. Öğretmenlerin bedensel ve ruhsal açıdan sağlıklı olması, stres durumuyla karşı karşıya kalmaması, psikolojik olarak daha rahat bir ortamda çalışması gibi faktörler eğitimsel olarak daha verimli olmalarını sağlayacak, kişisel ve mesleki sorumluluklarını ve görevlerini layığıyla yerine getirmelerine katkıda bulunacaktır. Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin görüşleri doğrultusunda iş doyumları, işle bütünleşmeleri ve tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkileri belirlemek; uygulanan ölçeklerden alınan görüş ortalamalarının cinsiyet, yaş, mesleki kıdem durumu, öğrenim durumu, eğitim kurumu türü, medeni durumu, çalıştığı il/ilçe değişkenlerine göre farklılaşmanın ne düzeyde olduğunu ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmanın evrenini Türkiye'de sekiz ilde (Elazığ, Konya, Kayseri, Ankara, Malatya, Bingöl, Aydın ve Mersin) eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi ise basit tesadüfi yöntem kullanılarak Elazığ, Konya, Kayseri, Ankara, Malatya, Bingöl, Aydın ve Mersin illerinden belirlenen 507 gönüllü öğretmenden oluşmaktadır.“Beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin İş Doyumları, İşle Bütünleşmeleri ve Tükenmişlikleri Arasındaki İlişkileri”ölçmek için beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerine yönelik olarak üç farklı ölçek formu kullanılmıştır:“Öğretmenlik İş Doyumu Ölçeği”,“İşle Bütünleşme Ölçeği”ve Tükenmişlik Ölçeği“. İlk olarak beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinden demografik bilgilere yönelik ”cinsiyet“, ”yaş“, ”mesleki kıdem“, ”öğrenim durumu“, ”görev yaptığı eğitim kurumu“, ”medeni durumu“ ve ”görev yaptığı eğitim kurumunda beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni sayısı" değişkenlerinde bilgiler elde edilmiştir. Daha sonra Öğretmenlik İş Doyumu Ölçeği, İşle Bütünleşme Ölçeği ve Tükenmişlik Ölçeği'ne yönelik sorulara cevap aranmıştır. Verilerin analizinde lisanslı SPSS 24.0 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilere normallik analizi yapılmış, sonuçlar normal dağılım sergilemiş ve parametrik testlerin yapılmasına karar verilmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistiksel yöntemleri olarak sayı, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma kullanılmıştır. Bağımlı ve bağımsız değişkenler arasındaki farklılıkları ortaya koymak amacıyla Independent Sample t Testi ve Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi yapılmıştır. Both the students who are the instructional administrators and the teachers who evaluate the instruction are in constant communication throughout their professional lives. This situation increases the sense of responsibility of teachers, and in parallel, it makes it easier for them to wear out. In the teaching profession, where one-to-one relationships and effective communication are intense, a stress situation may occur due to responsibilities, which negatively affects their psychology and causes them not to fully fulfill both their teaching profession and their humanitarian duties. In this profession, which is one of the most important professions for society, serious responsibilities are imposed on teachers and teachers are expected to fulfill these responsibilities in the most accurate way. physical education and sports teachers, who play an important role in the development of the individual in terms of physical and spiritual aspects, have many responsibilities. Factors such as teachers being physically and mentally healthy, not facing a stress situation, working in a more psychologically comfortable environment will enable them to be more productive educationally and contribute to the proper fulfillment of their personal and professional responsibilities and duties. The main purpose of this research is to determine the relationships between job satisfaction, job integration and burnout levels in line with the views of physical education and sports teachers; The aim of this study is to reveal the level of differentiation according to the variables of gender, age, professional seniority, education level, type of educational institution, marital status, province/district where they work. The population of the research consists of physical education and sports teachers working in educational institutions in eight provinces in Turkey (Elazığ, Konya, Kayseri, Ankara, Malatya, Bingöl, Aydın and Mersin). The sample of the study consists of 507 volunteer teachers determined from the provinces of Elazığ, Konya, Kayseri, Ankara, Malatya, Bingöl, Aydın and Mersin using the simple random method. Three different scale forms for physical education and sports teachers were used to measure the“Relationships between Physical Education and Sports”Teachers' Job Satisfaction, Job Integration and Burnout“. These scales are exactly; ”Teaching Job Satisfaction Scale“, ”Job İntegration Scale“ and ”Burnout Scale“. First of all, the demographic information of Physical Education and Sports Teachers was determined by ”gender“, ”age“, ”professional seniority“, ”educational status“, ”educational institution“, ”martial status“ and ”physical education and sports teacher in the educational institution where he works" information was obtained in the variables number of Then, answers were sought for the questions about the Teaching Job Satisfaction Scale, the Job Engagement Scale and the Burnout Scale. Licensed SPSS 24.0 package program was used in the analysis of the data. Normality analysis was performed on the acquired data, the results showed normal distribution and it was decided to perform parametric tests. Number, percentage, mean and standard deviation were used as descriptive statistical methods in the evaluation of the data. Independent Sample t-test and One-Way Analysis of Variance were performed to reveal the distinctions between dependent and independent variables. In order to determine whether there is a significant relationship in the relationships between physical education and sports teachers' job satisfaction, job integration and burnout, the results were interpreted correlation analysis among the variables. The significance level of the statistical analyzes was accepted as p< 0.05. According to the results of the analysis, the views of physical education and sports teachers on job satisfaction did not differ significantly at any variable point. According to the work engagement scale, when the averages for each variable are looked at, the following view emerges. In the gender variable, a statistically significant difference was observed between the overall work engagement scale and cognitive integration scores. Looking at the marital status variable, a statistically significant difference was observed between the emotional integration scores, however, no difference was found between the overall work integration scale and the dimensions in any other variable point. Again, according to the results of the analysis, the views of the physical education and sports teachers on the burnout levels did not differ significantly at any variable point. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that there was a positive and weak relationship (r=0.493) between the Teaching Job Satisfaction Scale and the Job Integration Scale, As a result of the analysis, it was determined that there was a negative and weak relationship between the Teaching Job Satisfaction Scale and the Burnout Scale (r=0.460). There was a negative and weak relationship between the Work Engagement Scale and the Burnout Scale (r= -0.477). As a result of the research, it was determined that physical education and sports teachers had lower burnout levels and higher job satisfaction and job integration averages. It was concluded that as the levels of job satisfaction and job integration increases, burnout will decrease and personal success will increase.
