Özet
Araştırmanın amacı, Covid-19 sürecinde okullarda yaşanan sorunların yöneticiler tarafından değerlendirilerek müdahalelerinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırma nitel yöntemlere dayanmaktadır. Araştırmacının alanyazını taraması yaparak oluşturduğu görüşme formu ile veriler toplanmıştır. İki kısımdan oluşan görüşme formunun birinci kısmında katılımcıların demografik özelliklerini belirlemeye yönelik 5 soru, ikinci kısmında ise okul yöneticilerinin karşılaştıkları problemler ve bu problemlere karşı ürettikleri çözümleri belirlemeye yönelik 12 soru bulnmaktadır. Çalışmada ortaokul yöneticilerinin Covid-19 sürecinde tespit ettiği sorunlar teması altında, elektrik kesintisi, teknik sorunlar (pc, tablet,.. olmayışı), veli takibinin yetersizliği, motivasyon düşüklüğü ve sağlık sorunları Kategorileri tespit edilmiştir. Covid-19 sürecinde tespit edilen sorunlara müdahale teması altında Eba destek noktasını öğrencilerin kullanıma hazır halde bulundurmak, öğrencilerin durumu hakkında velileri telefon ve mesajla bilgilendirmek, online derslerde öğretmenler arasında bilgi paylaşımı yaparak, Covid-19 salgınına karşı korunma yolları hakkında sık sık bilgilendirme ve sosyal medya üzerinde kişisel gelişim video ile destekleme Kategorileri belirlenmiştir. Süreç içerisinde gözlenen gelişmeler doğrultusunda pandemi sürecinin devam etmekte olduğu ve eğitim-öğretime bu gerçekliğe uygun düzenlemelerin entegre edilmesi gerektiği düşünülmektedir.

The aim of the research is to evaluate the problems that happen in schools during the covid-19 pandemic period by school administrators and to determine the intervention methods. The research is based on qualitative methods. Data were collected with the interview form created by the researcher by scanning the literature. The interview form consists of two parts. In the first part, there are 5 questions to determine the demographic characteristics of the participants, and in the second part, there are 12 questions to determine the problems faced by school administrators and the solutions they produce against these problems. With this study, it has been seen that under the title of problems determined by the principals and assistant principals, who are in the position of administrators in secondary schools, during the covid-19 pandemic process, besides the problems of parents, students and teachers, technical problems and many similar problems have been identified. It has been determined that parent, student and teacher-centered solutions are tried to be produced in relation to how these problems detected during the pandemic process are intervened, and immediate intervention methods are tried to be developed for the problems that arise out of them. Considering the developments observed during the pandemic, it has been concluded that as long as the pandemic continues, it is necessary to integrate new studies and regulations into education, taking into account the fact that education is appropriate and the epidemic we are experiencing.
