Özet
Spiritüel liderlik yakın çağda ele alınan ve önem kazana bir liderlik türüdür. Diğer liderlik türleriyle ortak noktaları olduğu gibi farklılaştığı noktalar mevcuttur ve kurumlar üzerindeki etkinliğine dair pek çok olumlu kanıt mevcuttur. Kurumsal itibar bir kurumun ayakta kalması için sahip olması gereken en temel gereksinimlerden birisidir. Kurumlar için çok önemli olan liderlik ve kurumsal itibar kavramlarından hareketle bu çalışmada spiritüel liderliğin kurumsal itibar üzerindeki etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmaya 20-50 yaş aralığında 307 kişi katılmıştır. Veri toplama araçları olarak sosyo-demografik form, Spiritüel Liderlik Ölçeği (RLÖ) ve Kurumsal İtibar Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Ölçüm araçlarından elde edilen bulgulara göre, spiritüel liderlik ile kurumsal itibar arasında istatiksel olarak anlamlı ve pozitif bir ilişki olduğu sonucu elde edilmiştir. Ölçek verilerinin cinsiyet, medeni durum, eğitim durumu, gelir durumu işletmedeki pozisyon, toplam iş deneyimi değişkenlerine göre farklılaşma durumları incelenmiştir. Bu değişkenlere göre ölçek skorlarında anlamlı farklılaşmalar görülmüştür. Spiritüel liderliğin kurumsal itibar üzerindeki yordayıcı etkisini görmek için yapılan regresyon analizi sonuçları, spiritüel liderliğin alt boyutlarının, kurumsal itibarın alt boyutları üzerinde yordayıcı etkisinin olduğunu göstermiştir. Çalışmadan elde edilen veriler literatür bulguları doğrultusunda tartışılmıştır ve gelecek araştırmalara önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Spiritual leadership is a type of leadership that has been discussed recently and gained importance. It has points in common with other types of leadership, as well as points of difference, and there is a lot of positive evidence of its effectiveness on institutions. Corporate reputation is one of the most basic requirements for an institution to survive. Based on the concepts of leadership and corporate reputation, which are very important for institutions, it is aimed to examine the effect of spiritual leadership on corporate reputation in this study. 307 people between the ages of 20-50 participated in the study. Socio-demographic form, Spiritual Leadership Scale, and Institutional Reputation Scale were used as data collection tools. According to the findings obtained from the measurement tools, it was concluded that there is a statistically significant and positive relationship between spiritual leadership and corporate reputation. The differentiation status of the scale data according to the variables of gender, marital status, education level, income status, position in the enterprise, and total work experience were examined. Significant differences were observed in the scale scores according to these variables. The results of the regression analysis performed to see the predictive effect of spiritual leadership on corporate reputation showed that the sub-dimensions of spiritual leadership had a predictive effect on the sub-dimensions of corporate reputation. The data obtained from the study were discussed in line with the literature findings and suggestions were made for future research.
