Özet

Ofisler, çalışma hayatının sürdürüldüğü ve yaşamın önemli bir süresinin geçtiği mekânlardır. Ofislerde çalışan personelin verimliliğinin artması, ofis tasarımı ile doğru orantılıdır. Bu çalışmada, ofis yapılarını kullanan çalışanların fiziksel ve psikolojik ihtiyaçlarının belirlenmesi ve verimi artıracak faktörlerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ofis çalışma mekân kullanıcılarının çalışma vakitlerinin uzunluğu ve çalışma ortamlarının ısı, ışık, gürültü vb. fiziki şartları ve görsel olarak estetik şartlarının çalışanlar üzerindeki etkileri çalışmanın problemini oluşturmaktadır. Bu problem ile birlikte ofislerde çalışanların verimliliğinin artması ve sağlıklarının korunması amacı ile konfor şartlarının sağlanmasına yönelik öneri getirme amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın yöntemi kapsamında, yapısal olarak mekânların planlarının elde edilmesi ile konu kapsamında seçilen iki farklı kamu kurumunun ofis mekânları iç mekân tasarımı kavramı altında incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda, Kayseri de bulunan iki belediyeden izin alınarak biri A Kurumu ve bir diğeri B Kurumu olarak ele alınmıştır. Bu kurumda çalışan personellerin ofis hacimleri incelenmiş ve ofislerin çalışanlar üzerindeki mekânsal etkileri nitel araştırma ile betimsel analiz yöntemi ile anket yapılarak bulgular saptanmıştır. Bu kapsamda yapılan araştırmaya her iki kurumdan toplam 157 kişi katılım sağlamıştır. Çalışma sonucu çıkan bulgularda, her iki kurumdaki personellerin çoğu bölmesiz, çok kişi kullanımlı mekânlarda ve mekân içerisinde pencere yanında oturduğu görülmüştür. Ofis havalandırma sistemini A kurum örneği, orta olarak değerlendirirken B kurum örneği iyi olarak değerlendirmişlerdir. A kurum örneği ışık seviyesini düşük bulurken B kurum örneği iyi olarak değerlendirmiştir. A kurum örneği gürültülü bir ortamda çalıştığını B kurum örneği ise gürültü seviyesinin normal olduğunu belirtmiştir. Her iki kurum da ofislerde kullanılan renk, mobilya ve yerleşimden iyi değerlendirmesi ve sağlık yönünden her iki kurumda da sırt ve boyun ağrısı yaşadıkları sonucu çıkmıştır. Bu bulgulara bakıldığında, ofislerde mahremiyetin sağlanamadığı ve dolayısı ile gürültü seviyesinin yüksek olduğu görülmektedir. Dolayısıyla ofis iç mekânlarının daha az kişiden oluşan mahremiyetin korunduğu ve aidiyet hissinin güçlenmesini destekleyen hacimlere dönüştürülebilme önerisi verilebilir. Böylece ofisler içerisinde gürültüyü engelleyecek ses panelleri koyulabilir. Ofislerde kullanılan mobilyalar antropometriye uygun konfor şartlarını sağlayacak mobilyalar ile değiştirilebilir.

Offices, where working life is maintained and life they are places where an important period of time has passed.The increase in the productivity of the personnel working in the offices is directly proportional to the office design. In this study, the employees using the office structures determination of their physical and psychological needs and efficiency it is aimed to determine the factors that will increase. The length of the working time of office workspace users and the amount of heat, light, noise, etc. Working environments. the problem of the study is the effects of physical conditions and visually aesthetic conditions on employees. With this problem, it is aimed to introduce recommendations for ensuring comfort conditions in offices in order to increase the productivity of employees and protect their health. Within the scope of the study method, structurally within the scope of the subject by obtaining the plans of the places the office spaces of two different selected public institutions are indoor it is studied under the concept of design. In this context, by obtaining permission from two municipalities located in Kayseri, one has been treated as Institution A and the other as Institution B. Who works at this institution the office volumes of the personnel were examined and the employees of the offices spatial effects on qualitative research and descriptive analysis the findings were determined by conducting a survey with the method. This a total of 157 from both institutions participated in the research carried out in the scope the person has provided participation. According to the results of the study, each most of the staff in the two institutions are undivided, multi-person use where he sits next to the window in places and in space has been seen. A corporate example of an office ventilation system, B institution example as good while evaluating it as medium they have evaluated it. A sample of soot has a low light level when finding, the B institution evaluated the sample as good. A an example of an institution B an example of an institution that works in a noisy environment he stated that the noise level was normal. Either the institution also depends on the color, furniture and layout used in offices. from the point of view of good evaluation and health, both institutions have a back and it turned out that they had neck pain. To these findings in view of the fact that privacy cannot be ensured in offices and therefore, it is seen that the noise level is high. Therefore, office interiors consist of fewer people to protect privacy and strengthen the sense of belonging a suggestion can be given to be converted to supporting volumes. Thus, sound panels that will block noise in offices can be placed. Furniture used in offices to anthropometry with furniture that will provide appropriate comfort conditions changeable.
