Özet

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, dijital dönüşüm sürecinde öğretmenlerin zoom yorgunluğunun farklı kuşaklara ve demografik özelliklere göre incelenmesidir. Araştırma da ilişkisel tarama modeli ile birlikte veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni, 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim yılı içerisinde İstanbul ilinde görev alan 153 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak demografik bilgi formu ve Zoom Yorgunluğu Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Veri analizi IBM SPSS 26 programı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; cinsiyete göre öğretmenlerin zoom yorgunluk ölçeği duygusal yorgunluk alt boyutu bakımından, kadınların duygusal yorgunluk puan ortalaması erkeklere göre daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Medeni duruma göre, bekar öğretmenlerin sosyal yorgunluk puan ortalaması evli öğretmenlerin daha yüksektir. Çocuk sahibi olma durumuna göre çocuk sahibi olmayan öğretmenlerin zoom yorgunluk ölçek puan ortalaması ile genel yorgunluk, görsel yorgunluk, sosyal yorgunluk ve motivasyonel yorgunluk alt boyutlarına ilişkin puan ortalamaları çocuğu olan öğretmenlere göre daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Özel kurumda çalışan öğretmenlerin zoom yorgunluk ölçeği ile genel ve sosyal yorgunluk alt boyutu puan ortlaması kamuda görev alan öğretmenlere kıyasla daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Doğum aralığı X kuşağı olan öğretmenler ile doğum aralığı Y ve Z kuşağı olan öğretmenlerin puanları arasında fark elde edilirken; Y ve Z kuşağındaki öğretmenlerin zoom yorgunluk ve tüm alt boyutlarından elde edilen puan ortalaması X kuşağında yer alan öğretmenlere göre daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. 11 yıl ve üzeri çalışan öğretmenlerin zoom yorgunluk ölçeği ve genel yorgunluk, görsel yorgunluk ve sosyal yorgunluk alt boyutlarından elde edilen puanlara göre 1-10 yıl arasında çalışan öğretmenlerden daha düşük olduğu belirlenmiştir.

The main purpose of this study is to examine teachers' zoom fatigue in the digital transformation process according to different generations and demographic characteristics. In the research, data were collected with the relational scanning model. The universe of the research consists of 153 teachers working in the province of Istanbul in the 2022-2023 academic year. Demographic information form and Zoom Fatigue Scale were used as data collection tools in the study. Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS 26 program. According to the research results; According to gender, in terms of teachers' zoom fatigue scale emotional fatigue sub-dimension, it was determined that the mean emotional fatigue score of women was higher than that of men. According to marital status, the average social fatigue score of single teachers is higher than that of married teachers. According to the status of having children, it was determined that the zoom fatigue scale mean score of the teachers who did not have children and the mean scores of the sub-dimensions of general fatigue, visual fatigue, social fatigue and motivational fatigue were higher than the teachers who had children. It was determined that the zoom fatigue scale and the general and social fatigue sub-dimension score averages of teachers working in private institutions were higher than teachers working in public institutions. While there was a difference between the scores of the teachers whose birth range was X generation and those whose birth range was Y and Z generation; It was determined that the average score obtained from zoom fatigue and all sub-dimensions of the teachers in the Y and Z generation was higher than the teachers in the X generation. According to the scores obtained from the zoom fatigue scale and general fatigue, visual fatigue and social fatigue sub-dimensions of teachers working for 11 years or more, it was determined that teachers who worked between 1-10 years were lower.
