Özet

ÖZET Son yıllarda insanlığın en önemli konulan arasına giren çevre sorunları giderek artan bir önem kazanmış ve toplumların gündeminde ön sıralarda yer almıştır. Günümüzde doğada değişikliğe neden olabilen her etkinliğin çevresel boyutunun da ele alınması ve onun çevreye olumsuz etkilerinin önlenmesi, en aza indirgenmeye çalışılması zorunlu olmuştur. Kırsal alanda tarımsal verimi artırma ile yerleşim ve bayındırına amaçlı yapılanmalar, henüz bizim ülkemizde değil ama konunun öneminin bilincinde olan tüm ülkelerde Kırsal Alan Düzenlenmesi içinde planlanarak uygulanmakta ve doğa koruma önlemleri birlikte yürütülmektedir. Kırsal toprak düzenlemesinde çevresel değerlerin korunması, geliştirilmesi ve kaynakların da en verimli şekilde kullanılması amacı güdülür. Bunun için birçok farklı çevresel verinin analizine gereksinim duyulur. İşte bu aşamada gereksinimlere cevap verebilecek bir Çevre Bilgi Sistemine sahip olmak zorunludur. Çalışmada ilk olarak sistemin kurulması için gerekli olan teorik bilgilere değinilmiş daha sonra Belek Özel Çevre Koruma Alanı için bir Çevre Bilgi Sistemi oluşturularak çeşitli sorgulama ve analizler sonucunda kartografik ürünler elde edilmiştir. ABSTRACT Environmental problems are getting more important subjects in the society and being considered at the top place of the agenda. Nowadays every activity that causes transformation in the nature must be discussed with its environmental dimension and we must try to reduce their negative effects to a minimum level. The constructions for settlement and accomodation in the countryside, also efforts of increasing productivity in the agriculture, to some degree is not taken into notice in our country but in most of the other countries who are in conscious of the subject, make it with the countryside regional planning arrangements followed by the nature preservation measures. While drawing up the environmental regional plannings, the natural resources must be protected, developed and the sources must be used efficiently. For this process there is needed various environmental data analysis, so in this phase there is needed an Environment Information System for the purpose. In the study first of all to built up the System, there has been referred some of the theoretical informations and afterwards for the Belek Special Environment preservation area, there has been constituted an Environment Information System, so at the end of the various investigations and making analysis there had been obtained some cartographic outputs.
