Özet
Ahilik sistemi faaliyette bulunduğu süre içerisinde milli ve manevi değerleri benimsemiş çalışkan, dürüst, ahlaklı, liyakatli, adil ve dindar vatandaşlar yetiştirmeyi amaçlamıştır. Ahilik sistemine mensup kişiler iyiliğe karşı eli, sofrası ve kapısı açık, kötülük ve haramlara karşı gözü, beli ve dili kapalı olma ilkesini benimsemişlerdir. Bu nedenle bünyesinde barındırmış olduğu kardeşlik, cömertlik, yardımseverlik, dayanışma, adalet gibi değerlerle iktisadi, sosyal ve kültürel alanda ideal vatandaş modelini yetiştirmeye çalışmıştır. Yapılan çalışmada Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmenlerinin Ahilik sistemine ilişkin görüşleri elde edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Sosyal Bilgiler eğitimi alanında daha önce bu konunun çalışılmamış olması ve 2018 Sosyal Bilgiler öğretim programında değerler eğitiminin öğretim programının merkezine konulması çalışmanın önemini artırmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacına uygun olarak nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu İstanbul ili Güngören, Bağcılar ve Esenler ilçelerinden 19 Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verilerini elde etmek amacıyla öğretmenlere yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formuyla hazırlanan sorular sorulmuştur. Yapılan görüşmeler sonucunda elde edilen veriler içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre; öğretmenler, değerlerin öğretimi ve Ahilik sisteminde yer alan değerlerin öğrencilere aktarılmasında sınıfta etkinliklerin düzenlenmesi, rol model olma, örnek şahsiyet üzerinden anlatım, okulda ise disiplinler arası çalışmalar ile öğrencileri ve aileleri bilinçlendirmeye yönelik seminerler ve bilgilendirme faaliyetlerinin olması gerektiğini ifade etmişlerdir. Ayrıca öğretmenler, Ahilik konusunu müfredatta yeterli görmediklerini, Sosyal Bilgilere ayrılan sürenin artırılması, öğrencilerde Ahilik ve değerler bilincinin oluşması için farkındalığı artıracak gezi ve etkinlikler yapılması gerektiğini ifade etmişlerdir. Araştırmada Sosyal Bilgiler Eğitimi, değerler eğitimi ve Ahilik sistemi arasında önemli bir ilişkinin bulunduğu ve Ahilik sisteminde yer alan değerlerin öğrencilere aktarılması gerektiği, bunun sonraki yaşamlarında onlara olumlu yönde katkıda bulunacağı sonucuna varılmıştır.

The Akhism system aimed to raise hardworking, moral, fair, honest, religious and meritorious citizens who adopted national and spiritual values during its operation. Members of the Akhism system have adopted the principle of keeping their hands, tables and doors open against goodness, and keeping their eyes, waist and tongue closed against evil and haram. For this reason, it has tried to raise the ideal citizen model in the economic, social and cultural fields with the values such as fraternity, generosity, benevolence, solidarity and justice. In the study, it was tried to obtain the views of Social Studies teachers about the Akhism system. The fact that this subject has not been studied in the field of Social Studies Education before and that values education in the 2018 Social Studies curriculum increases the importance of the study. The study was designed qualitative research patterns. The study group of the research consists of 19 Social Studies Teachers from Güngören, Bağcılar and Esenler districts of Istanbul. In order to obtain the data of the research, questions prepared with a semi-structured interview form were asked to the teachers. The data obtained as a result of the interviews were subjected to content analysis. According to the findings obtained in the research; The teachers stated that in order to teach values and transfer the values in the Akhism system to students, there should be organizing activities in the classroom, being a role model, narration through an exemplary personality, and seminars and information activities aimed at raising awareness of students and families with interdisciplinary studies at school. In addition, the teachers stated that they did not consider the subject of Akhism to be sufficient in the curriculum, and that trips and activities should be organized to increase the awareness of Akhism and values in order to increase the time allocated to Social Studies and to create awareness of Akhism and values in students. In the research, it was concluded that there is an important relationship between Social Studies Education, values education and the Akhism system, and that the values in the Akhism system should be transferred to the students, and this will contribute positively to them in their next lives.
