Özet

-4S- ö 2 E T Bu çalışmada, bruselloz'un serolojik tanısında kullanılan Rose Bengal Plate Test (RBPT), Standart Tüp Aglütinasyon Test (STAT) ve Enzyne Linked iMMiınosorbent Assay (ELISA) testlerinin duyarlılık ve özgüllük açısından birbirlerine olan üstünlüklerini araştırtmak anaç 1 andı. Vur dun uz un çeşitli yörelerinden toplanmış olan 441 tane bruselloz şüpheli insan seruwu; RBPT, STAT, ELISA-IgG ve ELISA- IgM testleri ile değerlendirildi. RBPT ile 98 Va 22.2), STAT ile 130 Va 29.4), ELISA-IgG testi ile 151 Va 34.2) ve ELISA-IgM testi ile 151 Va 34.2) pozitif seruM saptandı. Buna göre her iki İMMunglobülin için yapılan ELISA testinin de STAT ve RBPT'ndeni STAT 'n in ise RBPT'nden daha duyarlı olduğu saptandı. însan bruselloz 'unun serolojik tanısında, RBPT ve STAT'nde görülen yetersizliklerin ELISA testi ile giderilebileceği sonucuna varıldı. Kendi hazırladığınız antijenle gerçekleştirdiğiniz ELISA testinin, Maliyeti yüksek oİMadığı için rutin taranalarda uyguiannasi kolay ve güvenilir bir test olarak güncelliğini koruyacağına inanıyoruz.

-47- î> u M M A K V COMPARISON OF EN2YME LINKED IMMUNOSORBENT ASSAY, STANDART TUBE AGGLUTINATION AND ROSE BENGAL PLATE TESTS IN DIAGNOSIS OF BRUCELLOSIS The aiw of this study was to exawine the superiority of each of the Rose Bengal Plate Test (RBPT), Standart Tube Aggiut i nation Test (STAT) and Enzywe Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) test to each other in terns of specificity and sensitivity in serological detection of brucellosis. 44 i hunan sera frow brucellosis suspected individuals were collected frow various regions of our country and were exawiined by RBPT, STAT j, ELISA LgG and ELISA IgM tests. Seroposi tivi ty was detected in 98 sera with RBPT test (22.2 JO, in 130 sera with STAT (29.4 *s), in 151 sera with ELISA Ig6 test (34.2 JO and in 151 sera with ELISA IgM test (34.2 JO. This study revealed that the ELISA tests wade to detect two different specific İMMunoglobulins were «ore sensitive than STAT and RBPT and, STAT was more sensitive than RBPT. RBPT and STAT are insufficient in the serological detection of Hum an brucellosis. The results of the present study indicated that this can be improved by using the ELISA test. He believe that being reliable, cheap and easy test to per for», the ELISA which we developed by preparing our own antigen solution, will keep its availability in routine brucellosis screening.
