ABSTRACT This research has been prepared to evaluate the contract between Government Of Turkish Republic and Wold Bank signed January 12 * 1987 became valid from April 2nd, 1987 and closed December 31st, 1996 on the subject of Ministry of Education's Jop Training Project. Research focused on apprenticeship and common training centers and enterprises which are located same places with the centers. Ostim Apprenticeship Training Center (Ostim Çıraklık Eğitim Merkezi) which is located in the city of Ankara, Fourth Night Skilled Apprenticeship Training Center (4. Akşam Sanat Okulu ve Çıraklık Eğitim Merkezi), Keçiören Public Training Center (Keçiören Halk Eğitim Merkezi), Ahi Evran Apprenticeship Training Center (Ahi Evran Çıraklık Eğitim Merkezi) and graduates, instructors, and administrators of these centers and the enterprises who have cooperation with these centers. In the frame of General Scanning Technique, literature and survey technique was used to gather data. During the evalution of the data, percentage, frequency test, variance analysis, and arithmetic mean value techniques were used and the result were interpreted by researcher. ^W^oSSfS*5* 100
