Özet
Bu çalışma,“Câdelmevlâ Muhammed B. Ma`Dân El-Hâcirî'nin Ḥâşiye ʿale'l-Manẓûmeti'l-Beyḳūniyye's, Çalışma Ve Araştırmai ”adlı el yazmasının incelenmesi ve araştırmasıdır. Bu konunun önemi ve seçilme nedenleri, bilim insanlarının bize miras bıraktığı eserlere hizmet etme ve onların çabalarını takdir etme niyetinden kaynaklanmaktadır. Aynı zamanda el-Baykunî'nin bilim dünyasındaki saygın konumunu vurgulama ve selef alimlerinin bize miras bıraktığı eserleri koruma, özellikle hadis alanında araştırmalar yapma kararlılığı ve ilgisi de önemlidir. Araştırmacı, bu el yazmasını inceleme sürecinde analitik ve tanımlayıcı yöntemler kullanmıştır. Çalışma, bir giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde, konunun önemi ve seçilme nedenleri, araştırmanın hedefleri ve yöntemi, önceki çalışmalar ve araştırmanın yapısal düzenlemesi ele alınmıştır. Birinci bölümde, yazarın hayatı ve şerhçi Muhammed Câd el-Mevlâ b. Muaddan'ın el-Baykunî'nin eseri üzerine şerhi çevrilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, Muhammed Câd el-Mevlâ b. Muaddan'ın el-Baykunî'nin eserindeki terimler üzerine yaptığı şerh incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise, el yazmasının incelenmesi ve metin çevirisi yer almaktadır. Sonrasında önemli sonuçlar ve öneriler sunulmuş ve bu el yazmasının önemi vurgulanmıştır. El-Baykunî'nin eseri, hadisçiler arasında büyük ilgi ve özen gören bir çalışmadır ve birçok uzman tarafından açıklama, düzenleme ve yorum yapılmıştır. Çünkü ifadeleri kolay anlaşılır, kavramları açıktır, yapıları akıcıdır, beyit sayısı azdır ve ifadeleri doğruluk ve uygunluk içermektedir, bu da onu kısa bir sürede öğrenilebilecek metinler arasında yapar. Hadis ilimlerinin öğrenilmesinde öğrencilere başlangıç seviyesinde önerilen en iyi metinlerden biridir. This research is a study and investigation of the manuscript“Footnote of Gad Al-Mawla Muhammad bin Ma'dan Al-Hajri (d.: 1228 AH) on the iconic system”, and the importance of this topic and the reasons for choosing it to participate in the service of the effects of scientists that they inherited to us, in loyalty to them for their efforts, and the statement of the prestigious scientific position of Al-Bayquni among the people of knowledge, as well as the orientation and will to work in the realization of manuscripts from the heritage of the righteous predecessors, especially in the field of hadith, in order to spread their heritage, and highlight their scientific status in their era and their role in the development of their sciences, The researcher relied in his work during the realization of this manuscript on the descriptive analytical method, and on the inductive method, and the research included an introduction and three chapters, while the introduction is: the importance of the topic and the motives for its selection, the objectives of the research and its methodology, and previous studies. The structure of the research, and the first chapter includes a translation of the life of the author and the commentator of the footnote Muhammad Gad Al-Mawla bin Ma'dan on the iconographic system, and the second chapter came to study the footnote of Muhammad Gad Al-Mawla bin Ma'dan on the iconic system in the term, and the third chapter includes the investigation process and the verified text, and then the most important results and recommendations, and the study sought to show the importance of achieving this manuscript, as the iconographic system when the people of hadith have a great degree of attention, care and comment on it, as it has many explanations, and took care of It has a number of specialists in this regard to explain, adjust and comment, due to the ease of its phrases, the ease of its words, the sweetness of its structures, the lack of its verses, and the brevity of its words, which facilitates and facilitates its memorization in a short time, and one of the best systems that a student of knowledge can start studying science Hadith, as it has many explanations, and a number of specialists in this regard took care of the explanation, control and commentary, and the thesis concluded with a conclusion that included a reference to the efforts of the researcher in preparing this study in addition to many indexes that enrich and enrich the study, as well as a list of sources and references
