Özet
Sağlık bireyler için önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Sağlıklı birey hem kendisi hem de toplum için faydalı olabilmektedir. Ülkeler sosyoekonomik göstergelerden olan sağlık hizmetleri için ciddi yatırımlar yapmaktadır. Sağlık alanına yapılan yatırımların etkin ve verimli kullanılabilmesi için sağlık hizmeti sunan işletmelerin sağlık tüketicilerinin ihtiyaç ve isteklerinin neler olduğunu bilmeleri ve bunlara yönelik sağlık hizmetleri geliştirmeleri büyük önem taşımaktadır. Sağlıkta Dönüşüm Programı ile Sağlık hizmeti tüketicileri istedikleri hastaneden ve doktordan hizmet alabilmektedirler. Bu durumda sağlık hizmeti sunan işletmelerin, tercih edilebilmeleri için sağlık hizmeti tüketicisinin tercihlerini etkileyen faktörlerin neler olduğunu bilmeleri önem kazanmıştır. Araştırmanın amacı Kars ili sağlık hizmetleri tüketicisinin hastane tercihinde etkili olan faktörlerin araştırılmasıdır. Çalışmada veriler anket yöntemi kullanılarak toplanmış olup, 670 sağlık hizmetleri tüketicisi ile uygulama yapılmıştır. Bazı anketlerin değerlendirmeye uygun olmaması nedeniyle çıkartılarak 637 anket analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 25.0 programı ve AMOS 18.0 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. İstatistiki yöntem olarak frekans testi, bağımsız örneklem t-testi ve tek yönlü varyans testi (ANOVA) ve faktör analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda Kars ili sağlık hizmetleri tüketicisinin hastane tercihinde etkili olan önemli faktörün Gizlilik ve Bilgi Paylaşımı faktörü olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu faktörü sırayla Hizmet yelpazesi ve Hizmet yanıt verebilirlik faktörü takip etmektedir. Kars ili sağlık hizmetleri tüketicisinin hastane tercihinde en az önem verdiği faktör ise İtibar ve kalite faktörü olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca katılımcıların yaş, meslek, gelir düzeyi, ikamet ettiği yer, eğitim düzeyleri ile hastane tercihi faktörlerine verdikleri önem arasında anlamlı farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir.

Health has an important place for individuals. A healthy individual can be beneficial for both himself and society. Countries are making serious investments for health services, which is one of the socioeconomic indicators. In order for the investments made in the field of health to be used effectively and efficiently, it is of great importance for the companies providing health services to know what the needs and wishes of health consumers are and to develop health services for them. With the Health Transformation Program, health service consumers can get service from any hospital and doctor they want. In this case, it has become important for health care providers to know the factors that affect the preferences of health care consumers so that they can be preferred. The aim of the research is to investigate the factors that affect the hospital preference of health care consumers in Kars Province. In the study, the data were collected using the survey method, and the application was made with 670 health care consumers. Due to the fact that some of the questionnaires were not suitable for evaluation, 637 questionnaires were analyzed. The obtained data were analyzed with SPSS 25.0 program and AMOS 18.0 program. Frequency test, independent sample t-test, one-way test of variance (ANOVA) and factor analysis were used as statistical methods. As a result of the research, it has been determined that the important factor affecting the hospital preference of the health care consumers in Kars Province is the Confidentiality and Information Sharing factor. This factor is followed by Service spectrum and Service responsiveness factor, respectively. It has been determined that the factor that the health services consumer in Kars gives the least importance in choosing the hospital is the Reputation and quality factor. In addition, significant differences were found between the participants' age, occupation, income level, place of residence, education level and the importance they attach to hospital preference factors.
