Özet

20.yy'da ciddi bir ilerleme gösteren teknoloji, bilginin yayılmasını da kolaylaştırmış, her şey herkes tarafından sorgulanabilen bir durum haline gelmiştir. Zira doğa bilimleri sadece fen alanlarını ilgilendiren bir durum olmaktan çıkmış, görsel ve edebi alanlarında ilgisini çekmeye başlamıştır. Uzun zamandır sanatçılara ilham veren; madde, mevcudiyet ve varoluş kavramları bünyesinde irdelenen bir durum halini almıştır. Birçok alanda ele alınan maddenin gizemli hali, paramparça edilmiş ve daha karmaşık bir hale getirilmiştir. Bu noktada kimileri için kırıntılarla oynanan bir oyun olarak nitelendirilen postmodernizm ortaya çıkmıştır. Süreç içerisinde sanatçıların zihninde yaratıcılığın sınırlarını da zorlayan bir oluşum için aktif rol oynayan fen bilimleri, postmodern dönem ile birlikte boyut değiştirmiş patafizik denilen yeni bir sanat formu ortaya koymuştur. Bahsedilen yeni sanat formu içerisinde atom, kuantum, entropi, kaos gibi olgular bulunurken, bu sorgulamaların tümü patafiziği yani istisnalar bilimini kapsamaktadır. Aynı zamanda teknoloji imkânlarının yaratım süreçlerine etkisi bazında postmodern sanatta yeni kavramlar sanat alanına girmiştir. Bunlar; pastij, parodi, temellük gibi kavramlar olurken temelde ortaya konulan durum öykünme ve kopyadır. Çeşitli postmodern sanatçılar tarafından kullanılan bu yöntemler sanatta yeni bir algı oluşturmuştur. Bu algı, özgünlükten ziyade tasarı üzerinden yaratı olması durumudur. Bu tezde, postmodern dönemde patafiziğin varlığı, alanı ve referans olduğu kuram ve sanatçılar üzerinde durulurken, sanatta nesnenin aldığı yeni anlam irdelenmiştir.

Technology, which made a serious progress in the 20th century, has also facilitated the spread of information, and everything has become a situation that can be questioned by everyone. Because natural sciences has ceased to be a situation that only concerns science, and has started to attract attention in visual and literary fields. Inspiring artists for a long time; matter has become a situation that is examined within the concepts of existence and existence. The mysterious state of matter, which is discussed in many fields, has been shattered and made more complex. At this point, postmodernism, which is described as a game played with crumbs for some, has emerged. In the process, the sciences, which played an active role for a formation that pushed the limits of creativity in the minds of artists, revealed a new art form called pataphysics that changed dimensions with the postmodern period. While there are phenomena such as atom, quantum, entropy, and chaos in the new art form mentioned, all of these inquiries cover pataphysics, that is, the science of exceptions. At the same time, new concepts in postmodern art have entered art on the basis of the effect of technology opportunities on the creation processes. These; While concepts such as pastige, parody, and appropriation are taking place, the underlying situation is emulation and copying. These methods used by various postmodern artists have created a new perception in art. This perception is the case of creation over the design rather than originality. In this thesis, the existence, field and reference of pathophysics in the postmodern period, while focusing on the theory and artists, the new meaning of the object in art is examined.
