Özet

Çalışmanın amacı 4. sınıf ölçme öğrenme alanına ait öğretim aracı olarak kullanılan 5E öğrenme modeli destekli etkileşimli dijital çalışma kağıdının ölçme duyusunun gelişimine etkisini araştırmaktır. Çalışmanın katılımcı grubunu 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim yılında Konya ili Beyşehir ilçesinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı (MEB)'e bağlı bir devlet ilkokulunun 4. sınıf düzeyinde iki farklı şubede öğrenim gören 52 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada yer alan alt problemlere uygun olarak nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı doğrultusunda bir deney bir kontrol grubu olmak üzere iki grup bulunmaktadır. Çalışmanın uygulama süreci toplamda 4 hafta olmak üzere 21 ders saati boyunca gerçekleştirilmiştir. Deney grubunda 5E öğrenme modeli destekli etkileşimli dijital çalışma kağıtları kullanılırken, kontrol grubunda matematik öğretim programı dahilinde geleneksel yöntemle dersler yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilmiş olan ve güvenirlik katsayısı 0,80 olarak hesaplanan Ölçme Duyusu Testi (ÖDT) kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi için SPSS 26.0 istatistik paket programı kullanılarak betimsel istatistikler, bağımlı gruplar t testi ve bağımsız gruplar t testi uygulanmıştır. Veri analizi sonucunda, 5E öğrenme modeli destekli etkileşimli çalışma kağıtlarının kullanımının 4. sınıf öğrencilerinin ölçme duyuşlarının gelişiminde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılığın olduğu görülmüştür. Hem kontrol grubu öğrencilerinin hem de deney grubu öğrencilerinin ölçme duyularında gelişme olduğu görülmüştür. Ancak, deney grubunda yer alan öğrencilerin puan ortalamaları, kontrol grubunda yer alan öğrencilerin puan ortalamaları ile kıyaslandığında, deney grubunda yer alan öğrencilerin puan ortalamalarındaki artışın daha fazla olduğu görülmektedir. Sonuç olarak 5E öğrenme modeli destekli etkileşimli dijital çalışma kağıtlarının kullanıldığı deney grubunun puan ortalamaları, geleneksel yöntemle mevcut matematik öğretimi programı kapsamında derslerini işleyen kontrol grubuna göre daha yüksek olması istatistiksel olarak anlamlıdır.

The aim of the study is to investigate the effect of the 5E-supported interactive digital worksheet used as a teaching tool on the development of measurement sense in the 4th grade measurement learning domain. The participant group of the study consisted of 52 students studying in two different groups at the 4th grade level of a public primary school affiliated to the Ministry of National Education (MoNE) in Beyşehir district of Konya province in the 2022-2023 academic year. In accordance with the sub-problems in the study, a quasi-experimental design with a control group was used from quantitative research methods. For the purpose of the study, there are two groups, one experimental and one control group. The implementation process of the study was carried out for 21 lesson hours for a total of 4 weeks. In the experimental group, 5E-supported interactive digital worksheets were used, while in the control group, lessons were carried out with the traditional method within the mathematics curriculum. In the study, the Sense of Measurement Test (SST), which was developed by the researcher and whose reliability coefficient was calculated as 0.80, was used as a data collection tool. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, dependent groups t test and independent groups t test were applied using SPSS 26.0 statistical package program. As a result of the data analysis, it was seen that the use of 5E-supported interactive worksheets had a statistically significant difference in the development of 4th grade students' sense of measurement. It was seen that both control group and experimental group students' sense of measurement improved. However, when the mean scores of the students in the experimental group were compared with the mean scores of the students in the control group, it was observed that the increase in the mean scores of the students in the experimental group was higher. As a result, it is statistically significant that the mean scores of the experimental group, in which 5E-supported interactive digital worksheets were used, were higher than those of the control group, which was taught with the traditional method within the scope of the current mathematics teaching program.
