Özet
Son yıllarda oldukça popüler olan Çevik Proje Yönetimi, 1990'lı yıllarda bilişim teknolojileri projelerinin başarısız olması sonucu ortaya çıkan bir kavramdır. Bu başarısızlıkların temel nedeni, proje sonuçlarını önceden görememek, proje bitmeden hedefleri test edip duruma göre değiştirememek ve projedeki bazı krizlere çözüm bulamamaktır. Bu sorunların üstesinden gelmek için geleneksel proje yönetimi yaklaşımlarından farklı bir tekniğin uygulanması gerekmektedir. Mühendislik endüstrisi, özellikle gereksinimlerin toplanması ve şartnamelerin toplanması sırasında projenin ilk aşamalarında alternatif tasarım seçeneklerini analiz etmek ve araştırmak için tasarım sürecinde yinelemelerin faydalarını fark etmiştir. Geleneksel yöntemlerin kullanıldığı projelerde analiz ve tasarım süreci uzun sürmektedir. Bu süre içerisinde projenin tüm gereksinimleri öngörülmektedir. Süreç içerisinde müşteri ile iletişim çok az olduğu için ürün müşteri ihtiyaçlarını karşılayamamaktadır. Projenin yürütülmesi sırasında yapılacak değişiklikler daha sonra tanınır. Tüm bu nedenlerle geleneksel yöntemler başarısız olabilir. Bu nedenle inşaat sektöründe çevik proje yönetimi kavramı git gide ön çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışma ise inşaat sektöründe çalışan beyaz yakalıların çevik proje yönetimi algılarının ölçülmesini amaçlamaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında yapılan araştırma neticesinde nitel ve nicel bulgular elde edilmiş; bu bulgular doğrultusunda inşaat sektörüne önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Agile Project Management, which has been extremely popular in recent years, is a concept that emerged because of the failure of information technology projects in the 1990s. The main reason for these failures is not being able to foresee the project results, not being able to evaluate and change the targets before the project is finished, and not finding a solution to some bottlenecks in the project. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to apply a different technique from traditional project management approaches. The engineering industry has recognized the benefits of iteration in the design process to analyse and explore alternative design options during the preliminary stages of the project, especially during requirements gathering and specification collection. The analysis and process take a long time in projects where traditional methods are used. During this period, all the requirements of the project are foreseen. Since there is little communication with the customer during the process, the product cannot meet the customer's needs. Changes to be made during the execution of the project are recognized later. For all these reasons, traditional methods can fail. For this reason, the concept of agile project management in the construction industry is increasingly coming to the fore. This study aims to measure the agile project management perceptions of white-collar workers working in the construction sector. As a result of the research conducted within the scope of the study, qualitative and quantitative findings were obtained; In line with these findings, suggestions were made to the construction industry.
