Özet
Sürdürülebilir kalkınmada, kadınların çalışma hayatına girerek ekonomik anlamda adaletin sağlanması ve kadınlar istihdam edilirken ya da girişimci olurken sosyal alanlarda eşitlikçi bir tutum sergilenmesi oldukça önemlidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, UNDP (Birleşmiş Milletler Kalkınma Programı) tarafından Türkiye'de istihdam ve girişimcilik alanında yürütülen projelerin etkililik ve verimliliğini sürdürülebilir kalkınma bağlamında kadın özelinde incelemektir. Bu çalışma, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışmasının sistematik durum çalışması modeline göre tasarlanıp yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın örneklem grubunu, seçkisiz örnekleme yöntemlerinden amaçlı örneklemin ölçüt örneklem yöntemine göre seçilen, 2018-2020 yılları arasında Türkiye'de Kayseri, Konya, Gaziantep, Adana ve Mersin illerinde UNDP destekli olarak yürütülen“Proje Girişimcilik Eğitimleri-Fikir Fabrikası: Kayseri & Konya”ve“Suriye Krizine Müdahalede Türkiye Dayanıklılık Projesi İş Yaratma Bileşeni Türkiye'de Girişimcilik Eğitimleri: Gaziantep, Mersin ve Adana”projelerine katılan toplam 22 kadın katılımcı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veriler, nitel araştırmalarda, veri toplamada sıklıkla kullanılan mülakat tekniği kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Veriler, yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat formu kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Veriler, betimsel analiz ve içerik analizi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda, UNDP'nin Türkiye'de istihdam ve girişimcilik alanında yürüttüğü projelerde eğitim alan kadın katılımcıların büyük çoğunluğunun; projeye ilişkin kapsam, içerik, öğretim hizmetleri açısından memnun kaldıkları; projenin süresi, hibe desteğindeki yetersizlik, kadına yüklenen geleneksel rol ve önyargılardan dolayı istihdam sorunu yaşama noktasında ise memnuniyetsiz oldukları sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.

In sustainable development, it is very important to ensure economic justice by entering women's working life and to display an egalitarian attitude in social areas while women are employed or become entrepreneurs. The aim of this study is to examine the effectiveness and efficiency of the projects carried out by UNDP in the field of employment and entrepreneurship in Turkey in the context of sustainable development in the context of women. This study was designed and conducted according to the systematic case study model of the case study, one of the qualitative research methods. The study group of the research is“Project Entrepreneurship Trainings-Idea Factory: Kayseri & Konya”and“Project Entrepreneurship Trainings-Idea Factory: Kayseri & Konya”, which were selected according to the criterion sampling method of purposeful sampling, one of the random sampling methods, carriedout with the support of UNDP in the provinces of Kayseri, Konya, Gaziantep, Adana and Mersin in Turkey between 2018 and 2020. Turkey Resilience Project in Syria Crisis Response Job Creation Component Entrepreneurship Trainings in Turkey: Gaziantep, Mersin and Adana" projects constitute a total of 22 female participants. The data in the research were used in qualitative research and data collection. İnterview technique obtained using has been done. Data, half structured interview form using has been collected. Data, descriptive analysis and content analysis using analyzed. Analysis as a result of UNDP InTurkey employment and entrepreneurship in the field carried out by training in projects woman in the field participants big the majority; related to the Project scope, content, teaching services in terms of pleased staying; duration of the project, in grant support insufficiency, loaded on woman traditional role and from prejudices employment dueto don't have the problem at the point dissatisfied they are to the results has been reached.
