Özet

2019 yılının aralık ayında Çin'in Wuhan kentinde kendini gösteren yeni koronavirüs tüm dünyada birçok kişinin yaşamını yitirmesine sebep olmuştur. Covid-19 pandemi süreci ile birlikte hayatın her alanında eğitim, sağlık, tarım vb. etkisini göstermiştir. Tarımın önemi, Covid-19 pandemi döneminde de ortaya çıkmıştır. Tarım, ekonomik kalkınmanın ilk aşamasında ekonomi ve sermaye birikimi sürecine katkı sağlamıştır. Türkiye'de tarım ve sanayi entegrasyonuna en güzel örneklerden biri narenciye sektörüdür. Bu araştırma, Doğu Akdeniz Bölgesinin en büyük ili olan Adana ili Seyhan ilçesinde Covid-19 pandemisinin narenciye üreticilerine etkilerini üretici açısından değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Yüz yüze görüşme olarak anket yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Anketlerden elde edilen verilerle çalışmanın amacına yönelik olarak üreticinin Covid-19 pandemisinde ne tür sorunlarla karşılaştığı, bu sorunlarla nasıl başa çıktığı, üreticiye bu süreçte yapılan desteklerin etkisinin ne olduğuna dair sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular ile narenciye üreticilerinin Covid-19 pandemi sürecinde üreticilerin karşılaştığı sorunları ve bu sorunlara nasıl çözüm buldukları, bu süreçte hangi yolu izledikleri ve devletten beklentilerinin neler olduğu ortaya konulmuştur.

The new coronavirus, which appeared in Wuhan, China, in December 2019, caused many deaths world wide. With the Covid-19 pandemic, education, health, agriculture, etc. in all areas of life have shown its effect. The importance of agriculture also emerged during the Covid-19 pandemic period. Agriculture contributed to the economy and capital accumulation process in the first stage of economic development. One of Turkey's best examples of the integration of agriculture and industry is the citrus sector. This research aims to evaluate the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on citrus producers in the Seyhan district of Adana, the largest province of the Eastern Mediterranean region, from the producer's perspective. It aims to get answers from the surveys fort pursuethe purpose of the study, how the producer copes with these problems in the Covid -19 pandemic, and the effects of the subsidies that farmers received during the pandemic. A survey was used as a data collection tool. Survey questions were created with the information obtained after the literature research. With the data obtained, aims to reveal the problems faced by the producers during the pandemic process and how they found solutions to them, whatkind of path they followed in this process, and what their expectations from the state.
