Özet
Bilinebilirlik Immanuel Kant'ta görüde inşa edilebilir olmakla ve Gottlob Frege – Georg Cantor çizgisinde ise biçimsel dizgede ve küme kuramsal modelde inşa edilebilirlikle belirlenmiş ve bu usule konu edilemeyenler sınırın ötesinde bırakılarak varlığın alanının bu yöntem çerçevesinde net bir şekilde belirlendiği düşünülmüştür. Felsefe faaliyeti de sınırlarının mutlak bir şekilde belirlendiği düşünülen bu alanda icra edilmiştir. Bu arka planda bilimin kesinliğine öykünen bir felsefe yaklaşımı savunulmaya başlamış ve felsefenin alanını da bilimde kabul gören sınırlarla belirleme eğilimine gidilmiştir. Ancak biçimsellik, ispat edilebilirlik ve mekanik nedenselliği kuşatacak biçimde farklı veçheleriyle karşımıza çıkan vakalar felsefeye ve varlık alanına çizilen bu sınırın belirleyici olmadığının farkına varılmasına ve ilginin ister istemez sınırın ötesindeki bilinemediği ve ifade edilemediği söylenene kaymasına sebep olmuştur. Tezin amacı var olduğu bilinen ancak mevcut usullerin, biçimselliğin ya da ispat yöntemlerinin aracılığıyla hakkında konuşulamayan ara bir varlık alanının olduğunu göstermek ve sonraki aşamada bu usullerin belirleyici olmadığının farkındalığını sağlayarak mevzubahis alan hakkında hâkim felsefi fikriyatın kabul ettiği yöntemlerin dışında başka bir ifade imkânının olup olmadığını sorgulamaya açmaktır. Bu noktada tezin iddiası bilinemezin ifade aracının kıssa olduğu ve kıssanın sahip olduğu dilsel üslup ve özellikleri bakımından kavramsal dilin ve bilimsel modellerin sınırlılıklarını aşan sofistike bir model teşkil ettiğidir. Model olarak kıssa var olan ancak bilgiye konu edilemeyen nesneler hakkında bilişsel değeri olan bir ifade imkânı sağlamaktadır. Kıssanın model işlevi vesilesiyle bilinebilir olanla ifade edilebilir olan arasındaki boşluk kapatılabilecek ve bilimsel yöntem içerisinde üzerine konuşulması imkânsız görülen alanın dahil edilmesiyle felsefenin çerçevesi genişletilmiş olacaktır.

Knownability was determined by being constructible in intuition in Immanuel Kant and by being constructible in the formal system and set-theoretic model in the line of Gottlob Frege – Georg Cantor, and what could not be subject to this procedure was left beyond the limit, and it was thought that the field of existence was clearly determined within the framework of this method. Philosophical activity was also carried out in this field, the boundaries of which were thought to be absolutely determined. Against this background, a philosophical approach that emulates the certainty of science has begun to be defended, and the tendency has been to determine the field of philosophy with the limits accepted in science. However, the cases that we encounter with different aspects of formalism, provability and mechanical causality have led to the realisation that this boundary drawn for philosophy and the field of existence is not decisive, and the interest has inevitably shifted to what is said to be unknowable and inexpressible beyond the boundary. The aim of this thesis is to show that there is an intermediate field of existence that is known to exist but cannot be spoken about through existing procedures, formalism, or methods of proof, and in the next stage, by ensuring the awareness that these procedures are not decisive, to open the question of whether there is another possibility of expression about the field in question other than the methods accepted by the dominant philosophical intellectuality. At this point, the thesis claims that the medium of expression of the unknowable is the parable and that the parable constitutes a sophisticated model that exceeds the limitations of conceptual language and scientific models in terms of its linguistic style and features. As a model, the parable provides an expression with cognitive value about objects that exist but cannot be subject to knowledge. Through the model function of the parable, the gap between what can be known and what can be expressed can be closed and the framework of philosophy will be expanded by including the area that is considered impossible to talk about within the scientific method.
