Özet
This study focuses on the design, prototyping, and utilization of an online, interactive communication tool to communicate user research findings to designers. The user research was conducted with shuttle bus drivers, utilizing interviews, field observations, and eye-tracking recordings to collect data. The design process involved the creation of design artifacts such as personas, eye-tracking videos, and a driver experience map, as well as a workshop protocol for problem identification. The study's main outcomes are a generative model for driver experience dimensions and insights for designing and utilizing online and interactive user research communication tools. The study utilizes data-driven personas, naturalistic driving videos, and a user journey map to identify design problems. It was found to be immersive, providing empathy for users, facilitating information navigation, and enabling contextual understanding and user comparison.
