Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı Umut Odaklı Kariyer Gelişim Modeline dayalı geliştirilen psikoeğitim programının göçmen lise öğrencilerinin kariyer umudu, kontrol odağı ve yaşam doyumu düzeylerine etkisini incelemektir. Araştırma ön test, son test ve izleme testinden oluşan deney ve kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel desene uygun şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu uygun örneklem yöntemiyle seçilen 15'i deney 15'i kontrol grubunda olmak üzere 30 göçmen lise öğrencisi oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama araçları olarak Umut Eylem Ölçeği, Kontrol Odağı Ölçeği, Yaşam Doyum Ölçeği ve Kişisel Bilgi Formu kullanılmıştır, Katılımcılar veri toplama araçlarını psikoeğitim programı öncesinde, program sonunda ve programın bitiminden dört ay sonraki izleme çalışmasında cevaplamıştır. Deney grubuna haftada bir gün olmak üzere sekiz hafta süren psikoeğitim programı uygulanmıştır. Kontrol grubuna ise herhangi bir uygulama yapılmamıştır. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde SPSS 29.0 programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırma denenceleri tekrarlanan ölçümler için Varyans Analizi, bağımsız örneklemler için t-testi ile analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda geliştirilen psikoeğitim programının göçmen lise öğrencilerinin kariyer umudu yeterliliklerini ve kontrol odağı düşüncelerini olumlu yönde etkilediği, yaşam doyum düzeyinde ise anlamlı bir etkisi olmadığı bulunmuştur. Umut eylem ölçeğinin, eyleme yönelik umut, kendini yansıtma, benlik netliği, vizyon/öngörü oluşturma, hedef belirleme/eylem planı yapma ve uygulama alt ölçeklerinde deney grubu lehine anlamlı düzeyde yükselme olduğu, uyarlama alt ölçeğinde ise anlamlı düzeyde değişim olmadığı görülmüştür. Kontrol odağı ölçeğinin kişisel kontrol, şansa inanma, çabalamanın anlamsızlığı alt ölçeklerinde deney grubu lehine anlamlı düzeyde düşme olduğu, kadercilik ve adil olmayan dünya inancı alt ölçeklerinde ise anlamlı düzeyde bir değişimin olmadığı görülmüştür. Araştırma sonucunda Umut Odaklı Kariyer Gelişim Modeline dayalı geliştirilen psikoeğitim programının göçmen lise öğrencilerinin kariyer umudunu yeterliliklerini artırdığı ve iç odaklı kontrol düşüncesinin gelişmesinde etkili olduğu görülmüştür.

The aim of this research is to examine the impact of a psychoeducational program developed based on the Hope-Centered Career Development Model on the career hope, locus of control, ve life satisfaction levels of high school students with refugee background. The research is designed in a quasi-experimental design with pretest, posttest, ve follow-up tests for the experimental ve control groups. The study group of the research consisted of 30 refugee high school students, 15 in the experimental group ve 15 in the control group, selected through an appropriate sampling method. The data collection tools used in the research were Personal Information Form, Hope Action Scale, Locus of Control Scale, ve Life Satisfaction Scale, ve the participants completed the scales before the psychoeducational program, at the end of the program, ve in the follow-up study four months later. A psychoeducational program lasting eight weeks was applied to the experimental group once a week. No intervention was made to the control group. SPSS 29.0 program was used for the analysis of research data. The assumptions of the research were tested with repeated measures ANOVA, Independent Samples t-test analyses. At the end of the research, it was observed that the psychoeducation program developed based on the Hope-Centered Career Development Model positively affected the career hope competencies ve locus of control thoughts of refugee high school students, but did not have a significant impact on life satisfaction levels. It was observed that, In the subscale dimension there was a significant increase in favor of the experimental group in the action-oriented hope, self-reflection, self-clarity, vision/forecasting, goal setting/action plan making and implementation subscales of the hope action scale while there was no significant change in the adaptation subscale. It was observed that there was a significant decrease in favor of the experimental group in the personal control, belief in luck, and meaninglessness of effort subscales of the locus of control scale, while there was no significant change in the fatalism and unfair world belief subscales. The research results indicated that the psychoeducational program based on the Hope-Centered Career Development Model contributed to the development of career hope competencies ve internal locus of control thoughts of immigrant high school students.
