Özet
Miyokardiyal hasar dokusunda çeşitli elektriksel iletim anormallikleri gelişmekte, iletimdeki defektler ventrikül depolarizasyonunu gösteren QRS kompleksinde çeşitli morfolojik değişişmlere neden olmaktadır. QRS'te çentiklenmeler şeklinde görülen fragmante (kırık) QRS, miyokardiyal hasarı göstermede yüksek duyarlılığa sahiptir. Fragmante QRS sıklığı ile koroner işlem ya da kardiyovasküler cerrahi geçiren hastalarda postoperatif komplikasyonlarla ilişkisi çok kez incelenmiş olsa da kardiyovasküler sistem dışı cerrahi geçiren hastalarda sıklığı ve komplikasyonlarla ilişkisi ortaya konmamıştır. Çalışmamızda amacımız, Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Araştırma ve Uygulama Hastanesi'nde 15 Temmuz 2021 ile 15 Ocak 2022 tarihleri arasında Postanestezik Bakım Ünitesi'nde takip edilen hastalarda fQRS görülme sıklığını saptamak, postoperatif komplikasyonlar ve mortaliteyle ilişkisini incelemektir.

Various electrical conduction abnormalities develop in myocardial damage tissue, and conduction defects cause various morphological changes in the QRS complex, which indicates ventricular depolarization. Fragmented (broken) QRS, seen as notches in the QRS, has high sensitivity in indicating myocardial damage. Although the frequency of fragmented QRS and its relationship with postoperative complications in patients undergoing coronary procedures or cardiovascular surgery have been examined many times, its frequency and relationship with complications in patients undergoing non-cardiovascular system surgery have not been revealed. Our aim in our study is to determine the frequency of fQRS in patients followed in the Postanesthetic Care Unit at Dokuz Eylül University Research and Application Hospital between 15 July 2021 and 15 January 2022, and to examine its relationship with postoperative complications and mortality.
