This study examines the effects of organisational cynicism and organisational justice on employee performance. In the study, the hypotheses that organisational cynicism affects employees' performance negatively and organisational justice affects it positively were tested. The study was conducted with data obtained from individuals working in different sectors and supported by statistical analyses. The results show that organisational cynicism decreases the motivation and productivity of employees and this situation negatively affects their performance. On the other hand, it was revealed that organisational justice increases employees' job satisfaction and performance. In this context, it is suggested that organisations should develop strategies that reduce organisational cynicism and increase organisational justice to increase employee performance. The adoption of fair and transparent management approaches by organisations will positively affect the overall job performance by increasing the motivation and commitment of employees.
