Özet

Bu araştırma, koroner arter bypass greft cerrahisi geçiren hastalarda Roy Uyum Modeline göre yapılandırılmış eğitim programının etkinliğini değerlendirmek amacıyla yarı deneysel olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir.Araştırma Başkent Üniversitesi Ankara Hastanesi'nde Eylül 2022-Aralık 2023 tarihleri arasında koroner arter bypass greft ameliyatı olan 52 hasta ile (26 kontrol ve 26 müdahale)yapılmıştır. Hasta Tanılama Formu, SF-36 Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği, Baş etme ve Uyum Süreci Ölçeği ve Roy Uyum Alanlarına Göre Taburculuk Sonrası Yaşanan Sorunlara İlişkin Form kullanılmıştır.Veri toplama araçları her iki gruptaki hastalara ameliyat öncesi servise ilk yattıklarında ve taburcu olduktan sonra 2. ve 6. haftalarında kontrole geldiklerinde toplam üç kez uygulanmıştır. Müdahale grubuna veri toplama araçları ile beraber Roy Uyum Modeline Göre Yapılandırılmış Eğitim programı uygulanırken, kontrol grubuna ise sadece mevcut klinik bilgilendirme yapılmıştır. This study was conducted quasi-experimentally to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program structured according to the Roy Adaptation Model in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft surgery. The research was conducted with 52 patients (26) who underwent coronary artery bypass graft surgery at Başkent University Ankara Hospital between September 2022 and December 2023. control and 26 interventions) were performed. Patient Diagnosis Form, SF-36 Quality of Life Scale, Coping and Adaptation Process Scale, and the Form for Problems Experienced After Discharge According to Roy Adaptation Domains were used. Data collection tools were used for the patients in both groups when they were first admitted to the ward before surgery and at the 2nd and 6th months after discharge. It was applied three times in total when they came for control in the following weeks. While the Structured Training Program According to the Roy Adaptation Model was applied to the intervention group along with data collection tools, only the current clinical information was provided to the control group.
