Özet
Bu araştırmada, web tabanlı matematik eğitiminin öğrencilerin üslü sayılar konusundaki ders başarısına ve öğrenmenin kalıcılığına etkisi var mı sorusu incelenmiştir. 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim yılı içinde 8.sınıfta öğrenim gören 52 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grupları oluşturulurken seçilen öğrencilerin yapılan ön test sonucundaki ders başarıları dikkate alınarak eş çiftler oluşturulup farklı gruba gönderilmiştir. Bu gruplardan biri kontrol diğeri deney grubu olarak rastgele atanmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan öğrenci sayısı; birinci deney grubunda 26 ve kontrol grubunda ise 26 öğrencidir. 3 hafta boyunca deney ve kontrol grubu öğrencilerine 'Üslü Sayılar 'konusu belirtilen öğretim şekillerine uygun olarak anlatılmış ardından aynı akademik başarı testi tekrar uygulanarak öğretim sonuçlandırılmıştır. Dört haftanın sonunda öğretim şekillerinin bilginin kalıcılığına olan etkisi arasındaki farkı görebilmek için aynı başarı testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen verilerin analizinde IBM SPSS 25,0 ve TAP (Test Analysis Program) programları kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda ön test sonuçları açısından deney ve kontrol gruplarının çok yakın bilgi düzeyinde oldukları, yapılan uygulamalar ve son test sonuçları açısından ise yine anlamlı bir farka rastlanmadığı görülmektedir. Fakat Üslü Sayılar konusunda bilginin kalıcılığına olan etkisine bakıldığında deney grubu öğrencilerinin kontrol grubu öğrencilerine göre konuyu hatırlama düzeylerinin daha yüksek olduğu görülmektedir.

In this study it is analyzed whether Web Based Maths Training effects students' academic success and permanent learning about exponential numbers. The study group consisted of 52 students studying in the 8th grade in the 2022-2023 academic year. While forming the study groups of the research, pairs of pairs were formed by taking into account the course achievement of the selected students in the pre-test results and sent to different groups. One of these groups was randomly assigned as the control group and the other as the experimental group. The number of students participating in the study was 26 in the experimental group and 26 in the control group. For 3 weeks, the subject of 'Exponential Numbers' was explained to the experimental and control group students in accordance with the specified teaching methods, and then the teaching was finalized by applying the same academic achievement test again. At the end of four weeks, the same achievement test was applied to see the difference between the effects of teaching methods on the retention of knowledge.IBM SPSS 25.0 and TAP (Test Analysis Program) programs were used to analyze the data obtained from the research.At the end of the study, it is seen that the experimental and control groups were at a very close knowledge level in terms of pre-test results, and there was no significant difference in terms of the applications and post-test results. However, when we look at the effect of exponents on the retention of knowledge, it is seen that the experimental group students have higher recall levels than the control group students.
