Özet
Bu çalışmada Post Keynesyen iktisat okulunun temel önermeleri ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Post Keynesyen iktisatçıların görüşlerinde belirsizlik kavramının ekonomide son derece hayati önem taşıdığı vurgulanmaktadır. Post Keynesyenlerin bir başka temel vurgusu Keynes'in Genel Teorisinin dayanağı olan efektif talep yetersizliğidir. Çalışmada bu hususa önemle yer verilmektedir. Çalışmada, Post Keynesyen iktisat okulunun temel felsefesi, metodolojisi, kullandığı ve büyük önem atfettikleri kavramlar üzerinde durulmaktadır.

In this study, the basic propositions of the Post Keynesian school of economics have been tried to be put forward. In the views of Post Keynesian economists, it is emphasized that the concept of uncertainty is extremely vital in economics. Another main emphasis of Post Keynesians is the insufficiency of effective demand, which is the basis of Keynes' General Theory. This issue is given importance in the study. The study focuses on the basic philosophy, methodology, and concepts used and to which they attach great importance to the Post Keynesian school of economics.
