Özet
Gelişen dünyada yetişmekte olan bireylerin çağa ayak uydurabilmesi için sahip olması gereken yetkinliklerden biri de bilim okuryazarlığıdır. Bireylerin fen ve bilimle tanıştıkları ilk ders fen bilimleri dersidir. Dolayısıyla fen eğitimi ve öğretimi konusunda yapılan çalışmalar oldukça önemlidir. Bu nedenle bu araştırmada fen eğitimi ve fen öğretimi alanında yayınlanan lisansüstü tezlerin sentezi gerçekleştirilerek ortak ve farklı yönlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden biri olan döküman analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Yüksek Öğretim Kurulu, Ulusal Tez Merkezinde yer alan, tam metnine ulaşılan, 2017-2022 yılları arasında yapılmış ve başlığında fen öğretimi ya da fen eğitimi kavramlarından en az biri geçen 271 lisansüstü tezden veriler toplanmıştır. Döküman analizi sonuçlarından elde edilen verilere göre; fen eğitimi ve öğretimi konulu en fazla lisansüstü tezin 2022 yılında yayınlandığı, incelenen lisansüstü tezlerin çoğunun yüksek lisans tezi olduğu, en fazla lisansüstü tezin yazıldığı üniversitenin Kastamonu Üniversitesi olduğu, en çok Türkçe dilinde lisansüstü tez yazıldığı, en çok tekrar eden anahtar kelimenin fen eğitimi olduğu, en çok lisansüstü tezin yazıldığı branşın fen bilgisi eğitimi olduğu, en fazla incelenen konunun farklı değişkenlere göre öğrencilerin fene yönelik tutumu, motivasyonu, inancı ve akademik başarısı olduğu, en çok fizik biliminin üzerinde durulduğu, örneklem olarak en fazla ortaokul öğrencilerinin belirlendiği, örnekleme yöntemi olarak en çok uygun örnekleme yönteminin tercih edildiği, en çok nicel araştırma yöntemlerinin kullanıldığı, veri toplama aracı olarak en fazla ölçeğin seçildiği, uygulamalara çoğunlukla 4-5 hafta süre ayrıldığı, veri analiz programları dışında en çok MS Office programlarının kullanıldığı ve son olarak da veri analizinde en çok Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) programının ve Student's t-testi'nin kullanıldığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

One of the competencies that individuals growing up in the developing world must have is the scientific literacy. The first lesson in which individuals are introduced to science is the science course. Therefore, studies on science education and training are very important. For this reason, this research aimed to synthesize the postgraduate theses published in the field of science education with science teaching and to determine their common and different aspects. In this research, the document analysis method, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. Data were collected from 271 postgraduate theses located in the National Thesis Center of the Council of Higher Education, whose full text was accessible, written between 2017 and 2022, while containing at least one of the concepts of science teaching or science education in the title. According to the data obtained from the document analysis results; the most postgraduate theses on science education and training were published in 2022, most of the postgraduate theses examined were master's theses, the university where the most postgraduate theses were written was Kastamonu University, the most postgraduate theses were written in Turkish, the most recurring keyword was science education, The branch in which the most postgraduate theses are written is science education, the most studied subject is students' attitude, motivation, belief and academic success towards science according to different variables, physical science is the most emphasized, the most secondary school students are selected as the sample, the most common sampling method is very convenient sampling method is preferred, quantitative research methods are used the most, scales are chosen the most as data collection tools, 4-5 weeks are mostly allocated for applications, MS Office programs are mostly used apart from data analysis programs, and lastly, data analysis is mostly used in It was concluded that the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program and Student's t -test were used.
