Özet
Türkiye'de ortaokul müzik dersinde yer alan makamsal kazanımların aktarılmasında yaşanan problemleri belirlemek ve bu sorunların çözümüne yönelik öneriler sunmak amaçlanmıştır. Betimsel yöntem kullanılarak durum tespiti yapılmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmaya veri sağlamak üzere yarı yapılandırılmış 15 görüşme sorusu, tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemiyle Türkiye'nin yedi coğrafi bölgesinden 3'er ayrı il olmak üzere toplam 21 ilde ilköğretim ikinci kademede (5. 6. 7. 8. sınıflar) ve devlet okullarında 2023 – 2024 Eğitim Öğretim yılında görev yapmakta olan müzik öğretmenlerine ve müzik öğretmenliği alanında lisansüstü eğitim almış yedi akademisyene ZOOM vasıtasıyla uygulanmıştır. Yapılan görüşmelerden elde edilen veriler durum analizi yöntemiyle çözümlenerek metne dönüştürüldükten sonra kod ve tema ayrımına tabi tutulmuştur (metne dönüştürülen öğretmen ve akademisyen görüşmeleri ekler kısmında verilmiştir). Kod ve temalara ayrılan verilerin analizinin ardından sorunlar değerlendirilerek sorunlara çözüm önerisi sunulmuştur. Ayrıca araştırmada öğretmen ve akademisyenlerin makamsal çocuk şarkıları repertuarı oluşturma konusundaki tavsiyelerine de yer verilmiştir.

The aim of this study is to determine the problems experienced in the transfer of maqams in the secondary school music course in Turkey and to offer suggestions for the solution of these problems. It was tried to determine the situation by using descriptive method. In order to provide data for the research, 15 semi-structured interview questions were applied to music teachers working in the second level of primary education (5th, 6th, 7th, 8th grades) and public schools in the 2023-2024 academic year in a total of 21 provinces, 3 provinces each from seven geographical regions of Turkey, and seven academicians who received postgraduate education in the field of music teaching through ZOOM. The data obtained from the interviews were analysed by content analysis method, and after being converted into text, they were subjected to code and theme separation (the transcribed teacher and academician interviews are given in the appendices). After analysing the data divided into codes and themes, the problems were evaluated and solutions to the problems were proposed. In addition, the recommendations of teachers and academicians on creating a repertoire of maqamal children's songs were also included in the study.
