Özet
COVID-19 pandemisi, sağlık hizmetleri sistemlerini sınavdan geçirmiş ve sağlık sektörü üzerinde derin etkiler yaratmıştır. Pandemi süreci, sağlık hizmetlerinin esnekliğini ve dayanıklılığını test etmiş, aynı zamanda sağlık sistemlerinde köklü değişiklikler ve yenilikler gerektirmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiyedeki toplam 10.073 bireyin sağlık hizmetlerinden memnuniyetini etkileyen faktörleri belirlemek ve bu faktörlerin memnuniyette meydana getirdiği değişimleri analiz etmektir. Çalışmanın veri yapısı gereği birbiriyle ilişkili bulunan bağımlı değişkenin (sağlık hizmetinden memnuniyet) birlikte analiz edilmesi gerektiği için Sürekli Oran Modeli kullanılmıştır. Sürekli oran modeli tahmin sonuçları incelendiğinde, yaş, medeni durum, eğitim düzeyi, mutluluk düzeyi (çok mutlu, mutlu, orta, mutsuz, çok mutsuz), sağlık memnuniyeti (çok memnun, memnun, orta, memnun değil, hiç memnun değil), hastane başvuru, muayene memnuniyeti, doktor davranış sorunu, hemşire davranış sorunu, doktor ve sağlık personeli yeterliliği, sırada bekleme sorunu, katkıpayı ücret sorunu, sağlık problemi, hane halkı büyüklüğü, konut oda sayısı (2 ve altı oda, 4 oda, 5 oda), konutun metrekaresi, aylık toplam net geliri değişkenleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişkiler tespit edilmiştir.
Özet (Çeviri)
The COVID-19 pandemic has put healthcare systems to the test and had profound effects on the healthcare sector. The pandemic process has tested the flexibility and resilience of healthcare services, while also necessitating fundamental changes and innovations within health systems. The aim of this study is to identify the factors affecting the satisfaction of a total of 10,073 individuals with healthcare services and to analyze the changes these factors bring about in satisfaction. Due to the need to analyze the dependent variable (satisfaction with healthcare services) and its related factors together, the Continuous Ratio Model has been used. When examining the results of the Continuous Ratio Model, statistically significant relationships were found between the variables of age, marital status, education level, level of happiness (very happy, happy, neutral, unhappy, very unhappy), health satisfaction (very satisfied, satisfied, neutral, dissatisfied, very dissatisfied), hospital visit, examination satisfaction, doctor behavior issues, nurse behavior issues, doctor and healthcare staff competence, waiting time issues, co-payment issues, health problems, household size, number of rooms in the residence (2 or fewer rooms, 4 rooms, 5 rooms), residence square meters, and monthly total net income.
