Özet

Turizm faaliyetlerinden biri olan özel ilgi turizmi, turistlerin boş vakitlerini değerlendirmek için ilgi alanlarına yönelik olarak yaptıkları etkinliklerdir. Bu etkinliklere merak duyan turistler, sevdikleri konuların kapsamına giren faaliyetleri gerek yurt içinde ve gerek yurt dışında yakından takip etmektedirler. Bu ilgi alanları içerisinde yer alan eğitim turizmine olan ilgi de eğitim seviyesinin artmasıyla popüler hale gelmiştir. Eğitim turizmine ilgisi olan kişiler kültürel ve eğitimsel etkinlikleri yakından takip etmektedirler. Özellikle eğitim almak, kendi kişisel gelişimlerine katkı sağlamak için birçok kursa katılmaktadırlar. Örneğin; resim, müzik, yoga, spor ve dil kursları bunlardan bazılarıdır. Bu kurslardan biri olan dil kurslarına olan talep giderek artmaktadır. Çünkü teknolojinin gelişmesiyle yeni yerlere keşifte artmıştır. İnsanlar artık sadece kendi ülkesindekilerle değil birçok ülkeden gelen insanlarla etkileşim halindedir. Bu sebepten insanlar hem bu insanlarla tanışmak hem de o ülkelere gidip kendilerini keşfetmek, o kültürü ve dili öğrenmek için farklı ülkelere giderler. İş veya eğitim amaçlı olan bu seyahatler sayesinde dil okullarına ilgi de artmıştır. Dünya da ve Türkiye'de çok sayıda dil kursları ve dil okulları bulunmaktadır. Dünyada en çok konuşulan dil olan İngilizce başta olmak üzere İspanyolca, Almanca, Fransızca, Çince, Flemenkçe ve Rusça gibi diller, dil okullarında ön plana çıkmıştır ve bu derslere yönelik eğitimler verilmektedir. Bu çalışmada Eğitim Turizmi kapsamında Dünyadaki ve Türkiye'deki en popüler dil kurs ve okullarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Eğitim turizmi ve dil okulları ile ilgili kavram çalışmasından sonra bulundukları ülkeler, kurucular, kurulduğu yıl, öğrettikleri diller, şubeleri hakkında bilgileri de bulgular kısmında tablo şeklinde verilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Araştırmada yöntem olarak örnek olay tarama modeli, desen olarak ise çoklu durum deseni kullanılmıştır. Türkiye'deki dil okullarına ilişkin veriler, betimleme yapmak amacıyla seçilmiş olup araştırma için gerekli bilgiler yerli ve yabancı pek çok ikincil kaynaklardan elde edilmiştir. Bu bağlamda ilgili alan yazın derinlemesine incelenmiştir. Web siteleri, gazete, dergi, afişler ve kitaplar incelenmiştir. Dünyadaki veTürkiye'deki öne çıkan dil okul/kursu ile bilgiler bulgular kısmında yer almıştır.

Special interest tourism, which is one of the tourism activities, is the activities that tourists do for their interests in order to evaluate their leisure time. Tourists who are curious about these activities closely follow the activities that fall within the scope of their favorite topics both at home and abroad. The interest in educational tourism, which is included in these areas of interest, has also become popular with the increase in the level of education. People who are interested in educational tourism follow cultural and educational events closely. They attend many courses, especially to get an education and contribute to their personal development. For example; painting, music, yoga, sports and language courses are some of them. The demand for language courses, one of these courses, is steadily increasing. Because with the development of technology, the discovery of new places has increased. People are now interacting not only with those in their own country, but also with people from many countries. For this reason, people go to different countries both to meet these people and to go to those countries to discover themselves, to learn that culture and language. Thanks to these trips for business or educational purposes, interest in language schools has also increased. There are many language courses and language schools in the world and in Turkey. English Spanish German, French, Chinese, Dutch and Russian are the most widely spoken languages in the world, especially languages such as Spanish, German, Chinese, Dutch and language schools have come to the fore and trainings are provided for these courses. In this study, it is aimed to mention the most popular language courses and schools in the world and in Turkey. After the concept study about educational tourism and language schools, it was aimed to provide information about the countries they are located in, the founders, the year they were founded, the languages they teach, their branches in the form of tables in the findings section. In the research, case study screening model was used as a qualitative method and multiple case pattern was used as a pattern. The data about the language schools in Turkey have been selected for the purpose of description and the information necessary for the research has been obtained from many local and foreign secondary sources. In this context, the relevant field has been studied in depth in the summer. Websites, newspapers, magazines, posters and books were examined. Information about the prominent language schools/courses in the world and in Turkey is included in the findings section.
