Özet
Araştırma, ortaöğretim 10.sınıf yabancı öğrencilerin coğrafya öğretiminde yaşadıkları sorunlarını ortaya çıkarmak, bunlara çözüm getirmek adına kapsayıcı eğitim uygulamalarının etkilerini incelemek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Araştırma ilk olarak kaynak çalışmasıyla başlamıştır. Ayrıca kapsayıcı eğitimin yöntemleri yeterlilik alanları ve uygulama sürecinde öğrenci üzerinde beklenen ve edinilen sonuçları incelenmiştir. Son yıllarda Türkiye'ye göç edip eğitim öğretime katılan, Türkiye'de doğmuş ve eğitim- öğretime katılmaya devam eden göçmen öğrenciler için hazırlanmış bütün okullarda standart uygulanan bir uyum eğitimi programı veya modeli bulunmamaktadır. Bu araştırma ile göçmen öğrenciler için yürürlüğe giren yasal düzenlemeler ve uygulanmaya çalışılan eğitim politikaları incelenmiş, aynı okulda eğitim-öğretim alan yerli ve göçmen öğrencilerin, bu okullarda görev yapan okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenlerin göçmen öğrencilerin eğitimi konusundaki görüşleri alınmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 1 okul yöneticisi, 3 öğretmen, 10 göçmen öğrenci ve 10 yerli öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin analizi nitel araştırma analizi programı MAXQDA 2020 ile yapılmıştır. Araştırma ile çalışma grubunda yer alan eğitim paydaşlarının okuldaki durumları, okul başarıları, gelecekteki başarı beklentisi, beklenen okul profili, iletişim becerisi, sosyal ilişkileri ve okulda güvende hissetme gibi durumuna ait bulgular elde edilmiştir. Araştırma ile elde edilen bulgulardan göçmen öğrencilerin coğrafya öğretiminde kapsayıcı eğitim bağlamında akademik başarı ve sosyal becerileri hakkında bilgiler ortaya çıkmaktadır. Araştırma bulgularından elde edilen sonuçlara göre katılımcı görüşleri analiz edildiğinde bir süreç temelli kapsayıcı uyum modeli önerilmiştir. Araştırma ile öne sürülen model önerisinin uygulandığında göçmen öğrencilerin uyumuna katkı sağlayacağı, okul yöneticilerine bir yol haritası oluşturacağı, öğretmene eğitim ve öğretim uygulamalarında kolaylık getireceği, göçmen öğrencilerin daha kolay uyum sağlayacağı öngörülmüştür.

The research has been prepared in order to reveal the problems experienced by foreign students at the high school level in geography teaching and to examine the impact of method differences in order to solve them. The research first started with field work. In addition, the methods of inclusive education, the competence areas and the expected and acquired results on the student during the implementation process were examined. There is no education, training, compliance training program or model prepared for immigrant students who have emigrated to Turkey in recent years and participated in education, were born in Turkey and continue to participate in education and training, and currently applied as a standard in all schools. With this research, the legal regulations that have come into force for immigrant students and the educational policies that have been tried to be implemented have been examined, and the opinions of local and immigrant students who have received education at the same school, school administrators and teachers working in these schools on the education of immigrant students have been taken. The study group of the study consists of 1 school administrator, 3 teachers, 10 immigrant students and 10 native students. The analysis of the data was carried out with the qualitative research analysis program MAXQDA 2020. With the research, findings related to the immigrant students' status in school and society, school achievements, expectation of future success, expected school profile, communication skills, social relationships and feeling safe at school belonging to the opinions of the education stakeholders in the working group; findings related to legal regulations and practices related to the education of immigrant students; findings related to practices related to the education of immigrant students were obtained. The findings obtained through the research reveal information about the academic achievement and social skills of immigrant students in the context of inclusive education in geography teaching. According to the results obtained from the research findings, a process-based inclusive compliance model was proposed when the participant opinions were analyzed. It is envisaged that the model proposal put forward by the research will contribute to the adaptation of immigrant students when implemented, create a roadmap for school administrators, bring convenience to the teacher in education and training practices, and make it easier for immigrant students to adapt.
