Özet

Çalışma Hemşirelerin İşle İlgili Sosyal Medya Kullanım Ölçeği'nin Türkçe Geçerlik ve Güvenirlik çalışmasını yapmak amacıyla metodolojik tipte yapılmış olup, Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi ve Tire Devlet Hastanesi'nde çalışan 380 hemşire ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri toplanırken, Kişisel Bilgi Formu, İşle İlgili Sosyal Medya Kullanım Ölçeği ve Hemşirelerin Mesleki Değerler Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Veriler, tanımlayıcı istatistiksel metotları (sayı, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma) ile analiz edilmiştir. The study aimed to conduct the Turkish validity and reliability study of the“Work-Related Social Media Usage Scale”for nurses. It was designed as a methodological studyand conducted with 380 nurses working at Dokuz Eylul University Education and Research Hospital and Tire State Hospital. Data were collected using a Personal Information Form, theWork-RelatedSocial Media Usage Scale, and the Professional Values Scale for Nurses. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods (numbers, percentages, means, standarddeviations). The KMO value, whiche valuates the suitability of the sample size forthescale, was found to be 0.862.The KMO value, whiche valuates the adequacy of the sample size for the scale, was found to be 0.862, and Bartlett's test of sphericity (χ²(276) = 7182.441, p < 0.01) was also significant. The factor loadings obtained are as follows: the first factor ranges from 0.801 to 0.884, the second factor from 0.833 to 0.905, the third factor from 0.750 to 0.846, the fourth factor from 0.635 to 0.816, and the fifth factor from 0.519 to 0.819. The fact that these five factors explain 71.994% of the total variance indicates the high measurement power of the scale. The Cronbach's Alpha values calculated for the subdimensions were found to be 0.954, 0.932, 0.837, 0.830, and 0.708, respectively. The findings of the validity and reliability analyses demonstrate that the“Work-Related Social Media Usage Scale”is a valid and reliable tool.
