Özet
Ülkelerin temel ekonomik amacı büyüme ve istihdam artışıdır. Girişimcilik ülkelerin, ekonomilerini üretime dayalı olarak işleyen bir ekonomik yapı kurmalarının ve milli gelirlerini artırmalarının en önemli aracıdır. Bu bağlamda girişimcilik ülkenin eğitim sisteminin önemli işlevi olmak durumundadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı; lise öğrencilerinin girişimcilik ekosistemine kazandırılmasına yönelik politikaların ve programların geliştirilmesine katkı sunmak için araştırma verisini ortaya koymak ve bu gençlerin girişimcilik ekosistemine ve ekonomik hayata entegrasyonunu hızlandırabilmek için sorunları tanımlayıp alternatif entegrasyon yöntemleri tespit etmektir. Çalışmada, İstanbul'daki farklı lise türlerinde öğrenim gören gençlere yönelik anket uygulanmış, girişimcilik eğilimlerini etkileyen faktörler incelenmiştir. Araştırma, yaş, cinsiyet, aile ve çevre gibi demografik ve çevresel unsurların girişimcilik motivasyonlarına etkisini değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Elde edilen verilerle liseli gençlerin girişimcilik süreçlerini anlamayı ve geliştirmeyi hedeflemektedir. Çalışma aynı zamanda aile ve eğitim sistemi gibi faktörlerin gençlerin girişimcilik becerilerine etkisini gösterecek olup, süreç iyileştirme çalışmaları için zemin oluşturabilir. Araştırma sonuçları, eğitim politikalarına yön vererek gençlerin iş dünyasına hazırlanmasına, özgüven kazanmalarına, eğitim hayatlarına girişimcilik konusunda doğru müdahale alanları oluşturulmasına ve yenilikçi fikirler üretmelerine yönelik alt yapı çalışmaları hazırlanmasına önemli katkılar sunabilir. Bu kapsamda, çalışmanın bulguları, yalnızca eğitim politikalarının geliştirilmesine değil, aynı zamanda yerel ve ulusal girişimcilik ekosisteminin sürdürülebilirliğine yönelik stratejik öneriler sunarak uzun vadeli ekonomik kalkınma hedeflerine de hizmet edebilir.

The primary economic goal of countries is growth and increased employment. Entrepreneurship is the most crucial tool for countries to establish a production-based economic structure and increase their national income. In this context, entrepreneurship must be an essential function of a country's education system. The aim of this study is to provide research data to contribute to the development of policies and programs that integrate high school students into the entrepreneurial ecosystem and to identify challenges and propose alternative integration methods to accelerate their participation in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and economic life. In the study, a survey was conducted with young people attending various types of high schools in Istanbul to examine the factors affecting their entrepreneurial tendencies. The research aims to evaluate the influence of demographic and environmental factors, such as age, gender, family, and environment, on entrepreneurial motivations. The data obtained aims to understand and improve the entrepreneurial processes of high school youth. The study also seeks to reveal the impact of factors like family and the education system on young people's entrepreneurial skills, potentially laying the groundwork for process improvement initiatives. The research findings can guide educational policies to help prepare young people for the business world, build self-confidence, create appropriate intervention areas for entrepreneurship in their educational journey, and establish the infrastructure for generating innovative ideas. In this regard, the study's findings not only contribute to the development of educational policies but also offer strategic recommendations for the sustainability of the local and national entrepreneurial ecosystem, serving long-term economic development goals.
