Özet
Fransızca'dan dilimize geçen lider kelimesi belli zaman ve durumlar içinde, ilişkili bulunduğu küme veya toplumun tutum ve davranışlarını değiştirip yönetme yeteneğini gösteren kimseyi ifade etmektedir. 20. yüzyıl başından itibaren zaman içinde farklı liderlik tipleri tanımlanmıştır. 1995'den itibaren önemi artan Dijital Çağda Liderlikte aranan ana hususlara bakıldığında ve bugünün VUCA dünyasında Vizyoner Liderlik ön plana çıkan özellik olarak görülmektedir. Tasavvuf tarihinde, 20. yüzyılın önemli mutasavvıfları arasında gösterilen Kenan Rifai bir dergâh şeyhi ve bir eğitimcidir. Aynı zamanda Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'ndan Cumhuriyet'e geçişi yaşamış, modern dünyanın sıkıntı ve buhranlarını bizzat gözlemlemiş entellektüel bir şahsiyettir. Eğitim ve irşad faaliyeti ile birlikte, 'Hakk için halka hizmet' düsturuyla, birey ve toplumun selametini kendine dert etmiş ve bu gayede yol açıp göstermiş, bu yolda yürümüş, kişisel özellikleri ile bizzat yol olmuştur. Vizyoner liderlik nitelikleri göz önünde bulundurulduğunda, bu yönleri ile Ken'an Rifâi vizyoner lider kavramı icin tipik bir örnek teşkil etmektedir. Bu tezde amacımız, vizyoner lider literatüründen çerçeveleyeceğimiz kavramları, Kenan Rifai'nin vizyonunda, kişisel özelliklerinde ve hayatında araştırmak ve belirleyebilmektir.

The word“leader”coming into our language from French is explained as a person who demonstrates the ability to change and manage the attitudes, behaviors and activities of the group or society he is associated with, within certain times and situations. Different leadership types have been defined over time since the beginning of the 20th century. Considering the main issues sought in Leadership in the Digital Age, which have come to the fore since 1995 and today's VUCA world, Visionary Leadership has become a more prominent feature. In the history of Sufism, Kenan Rifai, who is considered one of the most influential Sufis of the 20th century, is a shaykh and an educator. He is also an intellectual figure who experienced the transition from the Ottoman Empire to the new Republic of Turkey. He personally observed the troubles and crises of the modern world. With his activities of guidance, as the motto of 'Serving the people for the sake of God' he was concerned with the salvation of the individual and the society, and he showed the way for this goal, walked on this way, and became the way himself with his personal characteristics. Considering visual leadership qualities, with these aspects Kenan Rifai constitutes a typical example for the concept of visionary leader. In this thesis, the terminologies (ıstılah) in the Sufi tradition corresponding to concepts such as vision and leadership have been identified. In this thesis, our aim is to study and determine the concepts within the framework of the literature on visionary leadership, in Kenan Rifai's vision, personal characteristics and life.
