ilköğretim ve lise öğretmenlerinin karşilaştiklari ses hastalıkları ve tedavi yöntemleri sonuçlarının araştırılması (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Özge ÇONGUR GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Haziran 2000 ÖZET Bu araştırmada ilköğretim kurumları ve liselerde öğretmenlik mesleğini sürdüren bayan ve erkek öğretmenlerin sahip oldukları ses üretim organlarına ait ses hastalıkları klinik bir çalışma ile ortaya konulmuş, 27-5 1 yaş grubundan on öğretmen üzerinde, Ankara Hacettepe Üniversitesi, Odyoloji Bölümünde mevcut durum incelenmiştir. Ölçümler; CSL (Computerized speech Laboratory) Bilgisayarlı ses laboratuarında, çok yönlü ses analiz programı kullanılarak konunun uzmanı tarafından yapılmıştır. Çalışma verileri 34 soruluk 1 anket ile desteklenmiş ve ilk problemler bu anket ile saptanmıştır. Değerlendirme sonucunda; bayan öğretmenlerin erkek öğretmenlere oranla daha çok ses problemine sahip oldukları gözlenmiş ve öğretmenlere seslerini doğru kullanmaları nefes denetimi vb. konularda eğitim verilmiştir. Verilen ses ve nefes eğitimi sonucunda 2. Bir anket uygulanarak bu eğitimin yararları belirlenmiştir. İkinci anket sonucunda elde edilen bulgular 1. Anket ile karşılaştırılarak yorumlanmış ve değerlendirme sonucunda, tüm öğretmenlerin ses eğitimi ve ses anatomisi ile ilgili bilgiler almaları, solunum aktivitelerini geliştirecek çalışmalar yapmaları, ayrıca sesi kullanım tekniklerini öğrenmeyiihmal etmemeleri gerekliliği, verilen önerilere düzenli bir şekilde uyulduğu taktirde mevcut ses problemlerinin giderilebileceği sonucuna varılmıştır. in ANALYZING THE RESULTS OF THE VOICE PROBLEMS AND THEIR TREATMENT METHODS IN TEACHERS WORKING AT PRIMARY AND HIGH SCHOOLS (M.Sc. Thesis) Özge ÇONGUR GAZI UNIVERSTY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY June 2000 ABSTRACT In this research, the voice illnesses belonging to the voice production organs were revealed with teachers of primary institutions, high schools and the existing situation was investigated on ten teachers (between 27-5 1 years old) in Ankara University at the department of odylogy. The measurements were done by a professional person of the subject by using multi purpose anlayze system through visual speech unit. This workout program was supported by a questionaire that has 34 questions and the primary problems were determined by it. At the end of the evaluation, it was determined that female teachers had much more problems than male teachers and they were given training about correct usage of their voice and breathing control. According to this training they were given a second questionaire which had nine question and the benefit of the given a training was determined. POKflMAiTCASYOir MiMfMiIV The results provided by the second question aire were compared with the first one and it was determined that all the teachers should have voice education training, voice anotomy and should make respration system improvement activities. In addition to this, it was essential that they should learn me techniques of using their voices. It was concluded that as long as they follow the suggestions regularly they can overcome the existing voice problems.
