Özet
Kur'an-ı Kerîm, hem lafız, hem de mana cihetinden insanlığı kendisine muhatap edinen ilâhî bir kelâmdır. Bu hitabın muhataplara sağlıklı ve verimli bir şekilde ulaşabilmesi için Kur'an âyetlerinin münasebet/münâsebât ve makâsıd açısından ele alınması zaruret teşkil etmektedir. Bu çalışmayla, Kur'an'ın metin yapısını ve esas gayelerini anlama konusunda temel iki kavram olan münâsebâtü'l-Kur'ân ve makâsıdü'l-Kur'ân perspektifinden Sâd sûresinin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu iki konu zaviyesinden Kur'an'ın araştırılıp incelenmesi, insanlığın uyanışına tesir etme potansiyelinden dolayı çok mühim araştırmalar olarak kabul edilmektedir. Kur'an âyetlerinin ve sûrelerinin birbirleriyle olan ilişki, alaka ve irtibatlarını ele alan münâsebet ilmi, Kur'an nassının gelişi güzel değil, etkileyici bir anlam insicamıyla tertip edildiğini bize göstermektedir. Makâsıdü'l-Kur'ân ise; tevhid, nübüvvet, ahiret, adalet ve kulluk gibi Kur'an'ın ana gaye ve hedeflerini ele alan bir yaklaşım biçimidir. Sâd sûresi içerdiği mevzuların çeşitliliğine nazaran kısa sayılabilecek bir sûre olmasına rağmen tadat edilen mevzuları kendi bünyesinde detaylı bir bir şekilde barındırmaktadır. Sûrede konular arasında geçişlerin olması münâsebet ilmi açısından sûrenin incelenmesini gerekli kılmaktadır. Bundan dolayı çalışmada sûre, hem âyetler ve sûreler arası anlam münâsebetleri, hem de bu münâsebetlerin Kur'an'ın maksatlarıyla olan örtüşmesi cihetinden ele alınmıştır. Sâd sûresi gerek öncesi ve sonrasındaki sûrelerle, gerek kendi âyetleri arasındaki insicamla tam bir münâsebet halindedir. Yine gerek Kur'an'ın umumi maksatlarını, gerek sûrenin âyetlerindeki maksatları ifade etme konusunda güçlü bir ifade tarzına sahiptir. Bu tezle, Kur'an'ın nazım yapısını daha iyi kavrama çabasına katkı sunmak ve tefsir ilminde münâsebet ile makâsıd temelli okuma biçimlerinin önemine dikkat çekme amaçlanmıştır.

The Qur'an is a divine word that addresses humanity in terms of both words and meaning. In order for this address to reach the addressees in a healthy and efficient way, it is essential to consider the verses of the Qur'an in terms of relationship and reason. With this study, it is aimed to examine Surah al-Sâd from the perspective of munâsâbâtü'l-Qur'ân and makâsıdü'l-Qur'ân, which are two basic concepts in understanding the textual structure and main purposes of the Qur'an. The study of the Qur'an from these two subjects is considered to be very important research because of its potential to influence the awakening of humanity. The science of relation, which deals with the relations, relevance and connections of the verses and surahs of the Qur'an with each other, shows us that the Qur'anic nass are not arranged randomly, but with an impressive meaning incidence. Makâsıdü'l-Qur'ân; It is a form of approach that deals with the main goals and objectives of the Qur'an such as tawhid, nubuwwat, the hereafter, justice and servitude. Although Surah Sâd is a surah that can be considered short compared to the variety of subjects it contains, it contains the subjects tasted in detail within itself. The fact that there are transitions between the subjects in the surah makes it necessary to examine the surah in terms of the science of relation. For this reason, in this study, the surah is discussed in terms of both the verses and the meaning relations between the surahs and the overlap of these relations with the purposes of the Qur'an. Surah al-Sād is in complete harmony with the surahs before and after it, as well as with the insidence between its own verses. Again, he has a strong way of expressing both the general purposes of the Qur'an and the purposes in the verses of the surah. With this thesis, it is aimed to contribute to the effort to better comprehend the verse structure of the Qur'an and to draw attention to the importance of recitation styles based on maqasat and makâsıd in the science of tafsir.
