Özet
Çalışmanın amacı 2024 Türkçe Dersi Öğretim Programı'na yönelik öğretmen görüşlerinin incelenmesidir. Çalışma, Türkçe öğretmenlerinin değişen öğretim programına yönelik görüşlerini ortaya koyduğu için alanda bu konuda yaşanan eksikliği gidermeye yöneliktir. Çalışma nitel yaklaşımda fenemonoloji (olgu bilim) desenine göre yapılandırılmıştır. Veriler araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Çalışmanın katılımcı grubunu, 2024-2025 eğitim öğretim yılında Millî Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı resmi okullarda görev yapan ve 5. sınıf düzeyinde Türkçe dersi veren 30 Türkçe öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Veriler betimsel analiz yöntemiyle çözümlenerek kodlar oluşturulmuştur. Kodlar niteliklerine göre kategoriler altında toplanmış, frekans değerleriyle birlikte tablolar halinde sunulmuştur. Tablolarda verilen bilgiler katılımcılardan elde edilen doğrudan alıntılarla desteklenmiştir. Çalışmada programın beğenilen yönleri, eleştirilen yönleri, uygulama esnasında yaşanan zorluklar, terminolojik değişimler, programın yapısı, Kademeli Sorumluluk Devri Modeli, programa yönelik öneriler ve programın sürdürülebilirliği konularında Türkçe öğretmenlerinin görüşlerine başvurulmuştur. Ulaşılan veriler ışığında Türkçe öğretmenlerinin görüşleri bazı başlıklarda belirli kodlar üzerinde yoğunlaşırken bazı başlıklarda ise farklı kodlara dağılmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen verilerden hareketle araştırmacılara ve programın geliştirilmesine yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

The study aims to examine teachers' views on the 2024 Turkish Course Curriculum. The study aims to address the gap in this field by revealing Turkish teachers' views on the changing curriculum. The study was organized based on the principles of phenomenology within a qualitative research framework. Data were collected using a semi-structured interview form created by the researcher. The study's participant group comprises 30 Turkish teachers working in public schools under the Ministry of National Education, teaching Turkish at the 5th grade level during the 2024-2025 academic year. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis methods, and codes were created based on the findings. The codes were organized into categories based on their qualities and presented in tables with their frequency values. The data presented in the tables is supported by direct quotes from the participants. In the study, the researchers gathered Turkish teachers' opinions on several aspects of the program. They explored the positive features that teachers appreciated, the criticisms they had, the difficulties encountered during implementation, any changes in terminology, the overall structure of the program, the Gradual Responsibility Transfer Model, as well as suggestions for improvement and considerations for the program's sustainability. Based on the data collected, Turkish teachers' opinions were focused on specific codes in some areas, while in other areas they were spread across various codes. Based on the data collected in the study, recommendations were made for the researchers and the program's development.
