ÖZET OKUL REHBER ÖĞRETMENLERİNİN OKUL YAŞAM KALİTELERİNİN PSİKOLOJİK İYİ OLUŞLARINA ETKİSİ Burak YILMAZ, Yüksek Lisans Tezi Danışman: Prof. Dr. Mustafa BAYRAKCI Sakarya Üniversitesi, 2025. Bu çalışmanın amacı okul rehber öğretmenlerinin okul yaşam kaliteleri ve psikolojik iyi oluşları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Araştırmada genel tarama modellerinden ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırma, 2024-2025 eğitim ve öğretim yılında Sakarya İli'nde bulunan ve Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı resmi okul öncesi, ilkokul, ortaokul ve lise kademelerinde görev yapan rehber öğretmenler ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda görev yapan rehber öğretmen sayısı 470 kişi olup tamamına ulaşılması hedeflenmiştir. Ancak araştırmada 370 rehber öğretmen ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada amaçlı örnekleme tekniği içerisinde yer alan ölçüt temelli örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak öğretmenlerin cinsiyet, yaş, medeni durum, çalıştığı kademe ve öğretmenlikteki hizmet süresi değişkenleri hakkında bilgi toplamak amacıyla Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Okul Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği (Sarı, 2007) ve Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçeği (Telef, 2013) kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda okul rehber öğretmenlerinin okul yaşam kalitesi algıları ile öğretmenlerin psikolojik iyi oluşları arasında ilişkiye ait bulgularına baktığımızda, Okul Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği'nden ve ölçek tüm alt boyutlardan almış oldukları puanlar ile Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçeği'nden almış oldukları puanlar arasında pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı korelasyon olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Okul rehber öğretmenlerinin Okul Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği'nden ve alt boyutlardan almış oldukları puanların artış göstermesi halinde, okul rehber öğretmenlerinin Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçeği puanlarının da artış gösterdiği sonucuna varılmıştır. Okul rehber öğretmenlerinin Okul Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeğinde yer alan“yöneticiye yönelik algı boyutu”,“öğretmene yönelik algı boyutu”,“öğrenciye yönelik algı boyutu”,“okula yönelik algı boyutu”alt boyutlarından aldıkları puanların Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçeği puanlarını istatistiksel olarak baktığımızda regresyon analizi sonuçları anlamlı düzeyde olduğu ve pozitif yönlü olacak şekilde yordadığı sonucuna varılmıştır.

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF SCHOOL COUNSELORS' QUALİTY OF SCHOOL LİFE ON THEİR PSYCHOLOGİCAL WELL-BEİNG Burak YILMAZ, Master's Thesis Advisor: Prof. Dr. Mustafa BAYRAKCI Sakarya University, 2025. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between school counselors' quality of school life and their psychological well-being. The relational screening model, one of the general screening models, was used in the research. This research was conducted with counselors working in official pre-school, primary school, secondary school and high school levels affiliated with the Ministry of National Education in Sakarya province in the 2024-2025 academic year. In this context, the number of counselors working is 470 and it is aimed to reach all of them. However, the research was conducted with 370 guidance counselors. In this study, the criterion-based sampling method, which is included in the purposeful sampling technique, was used. Personal Information Form, School Life Quality Scale (Sarı, 2007) and Psychological Well-Being Scale (Telef, 2013) were used as data collection tools to collect information about teachers' gender, age, marital status, level of employment and length of service in teaching. As a result of the research, when we look at the findings of the relationship between school counselors' perceptions of the quality of school life and the teachers' psychological well-being, we see a positive and significant correlation between the scores they received from the School Life Quality Scale and all sub-dimensions of the scale and the scores they received from the Psychological Well-Being Scale. It was concluded that. It was concluded that if the scores of school counselors on the Quality of School Life Scale and its sub-dimensions increased, the scores of school counselors on the Psychological Well-Being Scale also increased. When we statistically analyze the Psychological Well-Being Scale scores of school counselors' scores from the“perception dimension towards the administrator”,“perception dimension towards the teacher”,“perception dimension towards the student”,“perception dimension towards the school”sub-dimensions in the Quality of School Life Scale, regression analysis It was concluded that the results were significant and predicted positively.
