Özet
Paul Ricoeur'ün görüşünde anlamın oluşumu dil, metin ve yorum bağlamı çerçevesinde incelenirken, fenomenolojik bir temele oturur. Onun fikirlerinde“eylem”, sadece dışa yansıyan bir davranış değil; insanın çevresiyle olan ilişkisini, kimliğini ve zamanla olan bağını ortaya koyan temel bir varoluş biçimidir. Ricoeur, özellikle Husserl ve Heidegger etkisi altında oluşan fenomenolojik düşünceyi hermeneutik bir bakış açısıyla yeniden ele alarak eylemin derin anlamını sorgulamaktadır. Fenomenoloji, eylemi bilinçte köklenen bir deneyim olarak değerlendirirken, Ricoeur bu deneyimin hikâye yoluyla ifade edilmesine ve anlam kazanmasına öncelik tanımaktadır. Hikâye, eylemin hem oluşturulması hem de anlaşılması açısından vazgeçilmez bir alan olarak kabul edilmektedir. Ricoeur'e göre eylem, tarihsel ve dilsel bir çerçevede yorumlanabilir; zira her eylem, bir anlatının parçası olabilecek yeterlilikte bütünlük, süreklilik ve yön içermektedir. Bu bağlamda, Ricoeur için eylem, yalnızca bir niyetle sınırlı olmayıp, zamansal olarak uzanan ve toplumsal bir ortamda yankı bulan bir anlatım içerir. Özne, eylemi sayesinde kendini dışa vurur; ancak bu dışavurum, doğrudan değil, yorumlama yolu ile mümkündür. Yorumlama, öznenin amacını ve eylemin dış dünyanın üzerindeki etkisini dikkate almaktadır. Ricoeur'ün bu yöntemi, eylemi yalnızca psikolojik veya toplumsal bir bağlamda değil, aynı zamanda ontolojik ve epistemolojik düzeyde de ele alır. Böylece eylem, kimlik anlayışının ve zaman içinde sürekli olan bir benliğin temel ögesi olarak görülür. Dolayısıyla, Ricoeur'ün hermeneutik fenomenolojisi, eylemin anlamını yalnızca bireysel olarak değil, aynı zamanda kültürel, tarihsel ve etik bir boyutta da incelemekte ve bu da onu modern felsefi antropolojinin merkezi bir figürü haline getirmektedir. Bu çalışmada da Ricoeur'ün hermeneutik görüşünde fenomonolojik açıdan“eylem”in analizinin gerçekleştirilmesi sağlanmaya çalışılmıştır.

In Paul Ricoeur's view, while the formation of meaning is examined within the context of language, text and interpretation, it is based on a phenomenological foundation. In his ideas,“action”is not just a behavior reflected externally; it is a fundamental form of existence that reveals the relationship of man with his environment, his identity and his connection with time. Ricoeur questions the deep meaning of action by reconsidering the phenomenological thought that emerged especially under the influence of Husserl and Heidegger from a hermeneutic perspective. While phenomenology evaluates action as an experience rooted in consciousness, Ricoeur prioritizes the expression and meaning of this experience through story. Story is accepted as an indispensable area for both the formation and understanding of action. According to Ricoeur, action can be interpreted within a historical and linguistic framework; because every action contains integrity, continuity and direction sufficient to be a part of a narrative. In this context, for Ricoeur, action is not limited to only an intention but also includes a narrative that extends temporally and resonates in a social environment. The subject expresses himself through his action; However, this expression is not possible directly but through interpretation. Interpretation considers the subject's purpose and the effect of the action on the external world. Ricoeur's method considers action not only in a psychological or social context, but also on an ontological and epistemological level. Thus, action is seen as the fundamental element of the understanding of identity and a self that is continuous over time. Therefore, Ricoeur's hermeneutic phenomenology examines the meaning of action not only individually, but also in a cultural, historical and ethical dimension, which makes him a central figure of modern philosophical anthropology. In this study, an attempt was made to analyze“action”from a phenomenological perspective in Ricoeur's hermeneutic view.
