Özet

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, implant-protez birleşim ilişkisi ile oklüzal kontak noktalarının lokalizasyonunun, peri-implantitis gelişimi üzerindeki etkilerini incelemektir. Literatürde, implant çevresi dokularda meydana gelen kemik kaybının yalnızca mikrobiyal faktörlerle değil, aynı zamanda mekanik zorlanmalarla da ilişkili olabileceği belirtilmektedir. Bu bağlamda, implant üzerindeki oklüzal kuvvet dağılımının değerlendirilmesi, biyolojik komplikasyonların önlenmesinde önemli bir parametre olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Araştırmanın önemi, implant-protez birleşim tasarımı ve oklüzal yük kontrolü gibi değiştirilebilir klinik faktörlerin, peri-implantitis gelişimiyle olan ilişkisini ortaya koyma potansiyelinden kaynaklanmaktadır. Elde edilecek bulgular, implant destekli protez planlamasında daha etkin ve risk temelli bir yaklaşım benimsenmesine katkı sağlayabilecek nitelikte olup peri-implant sağlığın korunmasına yönelik koruyucu stratejilerin geliştirilmesinde referans oluşturabilecek düzeydedir.

The literature states that bone loss in the tissues around the implant may be related not only to microbial factors but also to mechanical stresses. In this context, the evaluation of the occlusal force distribution on the implant is an important parameter in the prevention of biological complications. The importance of the research stems from the potential to reveal the relationship of modifiable clinical factors such as implant-prosthesis junction design and occlusal load control with the development of peri-implantitis.he importance of the research stems from the potential to reveal the relationship of modifiable clinical factors such as implant-prosthesis junction design and occlusal load control with the development of peri-implantitis. The findings to be obtained are of a nature that can contribute to further understanding of the issue.
