ABSTRACT This research was prepared to examine the communicative effectiveness of the teachers who work on Basic Education first (1st) grade. To collect data, an observation form which was based on a meeting form and information about lecture was used. To analyse the datas taken, they were analyzed all by using SPSS Paket Programme. Whether or not the level of the observation of the teacher behaviors in class differs according to independent variables was tested by unparametric statistic, Mann-Whitney U test. In the findings and comments part of the research, individual datum belonging to teachers obtained by interview form are given by table.Findings and comments related with observation situation of teacher attitudes take place at four parts as telling, listening proximity and assesment. At the result part of the research, behaviours whose exhibition rate is the highest, the lowest and which is exhibited rarely.and whether the exhibition rate differs with indipendent variables are explained depending on the findings. On the base of research results.four suggestions developed towards teacher training and future researchs are at the suggestions part. 80
