Özet
Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni adaylarının gelecek kaygıları ile öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Ayrıca araştırmada, adayların gelecek kaygısı düzeyleri ve öğretmenlik mesleğine karşı tutum düzeylerinin; cinsiyet, sınıf düzeyi, öğrenim görülen bölüm, aile gelir durumu ve ağırlıklı genel not ortalaması değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılık gösterip göstermediği analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2023-2024 eğitim-öğretim yılında Karabük Üniversitesi Hasan Doğan Spor Bilimleri Fakültesi Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Öğretmenliği Bölümü öğrencileri ile Antrenörlük Eğitimi ve Spor Yöneticiliği bölümlerinde formasyon eğitimi alan öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak; araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen kişisel bilgi formu, Geylani ve Çiriş Yıldız (2022) tarafından geliştirilen“Üniversite Öğrencilerinde Gelecek Kaygısı Ölçeği”ve Ünlü (2011) tarafından geliştirilen“Beden Eğitimi Öğretmenliği Mesleğine Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği”kullanılmıştır. Veriler SPSS 27 programı ile analiz edilmiş; normallik testi ve betimsel istatistik analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre Bağımsız Örneklem T Testi, Tek Yönlü ANOVA ve anlamlı farkların belirlenmesinde LSD post-hoc testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni adaylarının gelecek kaygısı düzeylerinin orta seviyede olduğu belirlenmiştir. Cinsiyet, sınıf düzeyi, öğrenim görülen bölüm ve not ortalaması değişkenlerinde anlamlı fark gözlenmemiştir. Ancak aile gelir durumu değişkenine göre gelecek kaygısında anlamlı fark saptanmıştır. Öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumları ise yüksek düzeyde bulunmuştur. Cinsiyet değişkenine göre toplam mesleki tutum puanı ve mesleğe yönelik sevgi boyutunda anlamlı fark görülürken; sınıf düzeyine göre anlamlı bir fark tespit edilmemiştir. Öğrenim görülen bölüme göre toplam mesleki tutum puanlarında antrenörlük eğitimi ile spor yöneticiliği bölümleri arasında antrenörlük eğitimi bölümü lehine anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur. Not ortalamasına göre ise toplam tutum puanlarında ve mesleki kaygı boyutunda anlamlı farklar saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni adaylarının gelecek kaygısı arttıkça öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumlarının azaldığı, gelecek kaygısı ile öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutum arasında negatif yönde, zayıf kuvvetli ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma bulguları doğrultusunda, literatüre katkı sağlayacak çeşitli öneriler geliştirilmiştir.

The main purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between preservice physical education and sports teachers' future anxiety and their attitudes towards the teaching profession. In addition, the study analyzed whether the preservice physical education and sports teachers' future anxiety levels and attitudes towards the teaching profession showed significant differences according to variables such as gender, grade level, department, family income status and weighted general grade point average. The study group of the research consists of the students of Karabük University Hasan Doğan Faculty of Sports Sciences, Department of Physical Education and Sports Teaching and the students who received formation training in the departments of Coach Education and Sports Management in the 2023-2024 academic year. As data collection tools; the personal information form developed by the researcher, the“Future Anxiety Scale in University Students”developed by Geylani and Çiriş Yıldız (2022) and the“Attitude Scale Towards Physical Education Teaching Profession”developed by Ünlü (2011) were used. Data were analyzed with SPSS 27 program; normality test and descriptive statistics analyses were performed. According to the results obtained, Independent Sample T Test, One-Way ANOVA and LSD post-hoc test were applied to determine significant differences. According to the research results; it was determined that the future anxiety levels of preservice physical education and sports teachers were at a medium level. No significant difference was observed in the variables of gender, grade level, department and weighted general grade point average. However, a significant difference was found in future anxiety according to the family income status variable. Their attitudes towards the teaching profession were found to be high. While a significant difference was observed in the total attitude score and love for the profession sub-dimension according to the gender variable, no significant difference was detected according to the grade level. A significant difference was found in the attitude scores according to the department studied, in favor of coaching education, between the sports management department and coaching education department. According to the weighted general grade point average, significant differences were found in the attitude scores and professional anxiety dimension. As a result, it was determined that as the future anxiety of preservice physical education and sports teachers increased, their attitudes towards the teaching profession decreased, and there was a negative, weak, and significant relationship between future anxiety and attitude towards the teaching profession. In line with the research findings, various suggestions that will contribute to the literature have been developed.
