Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı öğretmenlerde entelektüel sermayenin örgütsel kimlik ve örgütsel mutluluk üzerindeki yordama düzeyini incelemektir. Araştırmanın evrenini Kırıkkale ilinde görev yapan 3134 öğretmen ve 367 okul yöneticisi oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem ise uygun örnekleme yöntemiyle ulaşılan 304 öğretmen ve 118 okul yöneticisi olmak üzere 422 katılımcı oluşturmaktadır. İlişkisel tarama modelinin kullanıldığı bu araştırmanın verileri“Entelektüel Sermaye Ölçeği”,“Örgütsel Kimlik Ölçeği”ve“Örgütsel Mutluluk Ölçeği”ile toplanmıştır. Değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler parametrik testlerden t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA), korelasyon ve çoklu regresyon analizi ile hesaplanmıştır. Korelasyon analizi sonuçlarına göre, entelektüel sermayenin alt boyutları olan insan sermayesi, yapısal sermaye ve ilişkisel sermaye değişkenlerinin örgütsel mutluluğun anlamlı birer yordayıcısı olduğu; bununla birlikte ilişkisel sermaye alt boyutunun da örgütsel kimliğin anlamlı bir yordayıcısı olduğu saptanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonunda, öğretmenlerin entelektüel sermayelerinin geliştirilmesine yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

The aim of this study is to examine the predictive level of intellectual capital on organizational identity and organizational happiness in teachers. The universe of the study consists of 3134 teachers and 367 school administrators working in Kırıkkale province. The sample consists of 422 participants, 304 teachers and 118 school administrators, who were reached through the convenience sampling method. The data of this study, in which the relational screening model was used, were collected with the“Intellectual Capital Scale”,“Organizational Identity Scale”and“Organizational Happiness Scale”. The relationships between the variables were calculated with the parametric tests t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), correlation and multiple regression analysis. According to the correlation analysis results, it was determined that the sub-dimensions of intellectual capital, human capital, structural capital and relational capital, were significant predictors of organizational happiness; however, the relational capital sub-dimension was also a significant predictor of organizational identity. At the end of the research, suggestions were made for the development of teachers' intellectual capital.
