Özet

Lise kimya derslerinin anlatılmasında kullanılan ders anlatım metodlarının çeşitliliği, etkili ve kaliteli kimya öğretiminin sağlanması açısından oldukça büyük önem taşır. Öğrenme sırasında, davranışlardaki kalıcı değişikliklerin kazanılması, öğretici konumundaki öğretmenlerin büyük oranda, çeşitli ders verme tekniklerinden yararlanmaları sayesinde mümkün olur. Variety of methods applied in Caching chemistry at high school level is of great importance to obtain effective and“”iality chemistry teaching. It is possible - to a great extent - to gain permanent behavioral changes in students during teaching by means of teacher's, whose role is teaching, using different lesson techniques. Because, in order to make learning effective and to achieve the targets in teaching, it's very important to use one or several methods suitable for the curriculum, and this contributes a lot to learning. Teacher carries the main role in teaching activities. Teacher's activity is a display of whether the introduced material is learned efficiently by the learners or not. Tsacher's activity does not only include the teacher's personal presentation skills. Teacher must make the present teaching environment and conditions suitable for teaching and learning. Teachers must take the conditions and possibilities of the school into account and make the conditions be used productively and effectively, because school is the place where learning and teaching activity is carried out. So, depending on these conditions, a teacher must enable his students form permanent changes in their behaviors by applying different and proper kinds of techniques, that will be applicable at present school. A closed survey enttled“Techniques in Teaching Chemistry”was applied to chumistry teachers working at schools of Ministry of Education and to students as well studying at these schools in order to find out how the above were applied. The evaluaiton of the survey questions showed that while applying the techniques, they fell inefficient and it was tried to find out what these inefficiencies were.
