Özet
ÖZET Milli mücadele harekatım başlatan Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, 19 May. i 1919'da Samsun'a çıkışından itibaren yeni bir devlet kurmanın planlarını yaparken, kurula :.:k olan bu devletin halk iradesine dayanan bir tarzda yönetilmesini de istiyordu. Bunun içinde kongreler yoluyla halkı kurtuluşa ortak etmeye çalışken, TBMM açılması ve cumhuriyetin ilanıyla da bunu başanyordu. Atatürk, çok istemesine rağmen kendi döneminde çok partili, demokratı-: yönetime geçişe muvaffak olamamıştı. Ancak ondan sonraki süreçte yönetime geçen İnönü, uluslararası şartların da zorlamasıyla çok partili hayata geçişe izin veriyordu. 1946' da çok partili hayata geçen Türkiye ilk defa güçlü bir muhalefetle karşılaşıyordu. Bu muhalefette DP muhalefetiydi. DP 1946'dan 1950'ye kadar ki, süreçte, Türkiye'de muhalefet kültürünün oluşmasını sağlıyordu. DP'nin 1950'de iktidara gelmesiyle birlikte, yakın tarihimizde önemli bir döneme damgasını vuruyordu. 27 yıllık tek parti iktidarını yıkarken, Türk insanı ve devletine de büyük bir değişim getiriyordu. Türkiye'de büyük bir ekonomik kalkınma sağlarken, toplumun sosyo- siyasal yapısını da değiştiriyordu. Diğer taraftan dış politikada ise, Türkiye'nin yününü batı ittifakına döndürerek soğuk savaşın en şiddetli döneminde Türkiye'yi kominist basbiara karşı korumaya çalışıyordu. Ayrıca Kıbrıs gibi önemli bir sorunu da çözmeye çalışıyordu. Ancak bütün bu gelişmeler olurken, 10 yıllık DP iktidarı 27 Mayıs 1960 tarihinde askeri bir darbe ile son buluyordu.

VI ABSTRACT Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, who started the national struggle while he was planning to form a new state from the beginning of this setting off Samsun or 19th May. 1919, he also wanted the state which would be formed, to be governed with a situation which was governed with the public's will. While he was trying to participate the public in the liberation with the way of congresses, he also succeeded this with the opening of TBMM and the declaration of the Republic. Atatürk couldnt succeed the passing to a management, which was formed with very parties and which was democratic in his period. But İnönü who became a leader of the government after thot period, allowed to pass a life which was formed with many political parties by forcing on international conditions. Turkey which passed to a life which was formed with many political parties in 1946, came across a strong opposition for the first i ime. This opposition was DP opposition DP provided to form an opposition culture in the period which began from 1946 to 1950. With the coming of DP to power in 1950, this made an important effect to on important period in our near history. This brougnt a big change to Turkish people and government, while it was destroying the opposition which was mono political party. İt changed public's socio-political life, while it was providing a big development in Turkey on the other hand it was also trying to protect Turkey against communist pressure in the most strong. Period of the cold war, by transformign Turkeys direction to the west concord in the out- policy. Besides, it was trying to solve a problem of Cyprus which was important. But while these development were hoppening like this, op opposition which lasted 10 years, ended with a military stroke on 27th May. 1960.
