Özet
Bu çalışmada, Gottman modeline dayalı ilişki yönetimi programının romantik ilişkide çatışma çözme stilleri üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiş; deney-kontrol gruplu, öntest-sontest-izleme ölçümlü yarı deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Katılımcılar 24 üniversite öğrencisinden oluşmaktadır. Veriler Romantik İlişkilerde Çatışma Çözme Stilleri Ölçeği, Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve Yarı Yapılandırılmış Görüşme Formu ile toplanmıştır. Bulgular: deney grubunun olumsuz çatışma çözme ön test ve son test (Z =-2.706; p <.05) ve ön test ve izleme (Z =-2.940; p <.05) puanları arasında anlamlı bir azalma bulunurken; son test ve izleme testi arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır (Z =-0.476; p> .05). Deney grubunun boyun eğme ön test ve son test (Z =-2.558; p p> .05) ve son test ve izleme puanları arasında anlamlı bir azalma (Z =-2.019, p = .043) bulunurken; ön test ve izleme testi arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır (Z =-1.582; p> .05). Kontrol grubunun olumsuz çatışma çözme ön test ve son test (Z =-2.568; p <.05) ve ön test ve izleme puanları arasında anlamlı artış bulunurken (Z =-2.814; p <.05); son test ve izleme testi arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır (Z =- 0.728; p> .05). Deney ve kontrol gruplarının olumlu çatışma çözme (U = 21.00; p <.05), olumsuz çatışma çözme (U = 8.00; p <.05) ve geri çekilme (U= 29.50; p <.05) son test puanları arasında anlamlı fark bulunmuşken; boyun eğmede (U = 68.50; p> .05) anlamlı fark bulunmamıştır. Olumlu çatışma çözme (U = 20.50; p <.05), olumsuz çatışma çözme (U = 5.00; p <.05) ve geri çekilme (U= 37.50; p <.05) izleme testi puanları arasında da anlamlı fark bulunmuş; boyun eğme boyutunda (U = 67.50; p> .05) anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır.

This study examined the effect of a relationship management program based on the Gottman model on conflict resolution styles in romantic relationships; a quasi-experimental design with an experimental-control group and pretest-posttest-follow-up measurements was used. Participants consisted of 24 university students. Data were collected using the Conflict Resolution Styles in Romantic Relationships Scale, Personal Information Form, and Semi-Structured Interview Form. Findings: A significant decrease was found between the pre-test and post-test (Z = -2.706; p < .05) and pre-test and follow-up (Z = -2.940; p < .05) scores of the experimental group's negative conflict resolution; however, no significant difference was found between the post-test and follow-up scores (Z = -0.476; p > .05). The experimental group showed a significant decrease in submission scores between the pre-test and post-test (Z = -2.558; p > .05) and between the post-test and follow-up (Z = -2.019, p = .043); however, there was no significant difference between the pre-test and follow-up (Z = -1.582; p > .05). The control group showed a significant increase in negative conflict resolution between the pre-test and post-test (Z = -2.568; p < .05) and between the pre-test and follow-up scores (Z = -2.814; p < .05); however, there was no significant difference between the post-test and follow-up test (Z = -0.728; p > .05). Significant differences were found between the experimental and control groups' positive conflict resolution (U = 21.00; p <.05), negative conflict resolution (U = 8.00; p <.05), and withdrawal (U = 29.50; p <.05) post-test scores; no significant difference was found in submission (U = 68.50; p> .05).
