Özet
Bu araştırmada BİLSEM kurumlarındaki müzik eğitimi süreçlerine yönelik öğretmen ve öğrenci görüşlerini değerlendirmek amaçlanmıştır. Durum çalışması desenine göre tasarlanan araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 4 bölgede (marmara, iç anadolu, ege, karadeniz) 9 farklı ilde görev yapmakta olan 16 müzik öğretmeni ile öğrenim görmekte olan 25 müzik alanı öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formları kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde ise içerik analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin analizi sonucunda; tanılama aşamasında aday gösterme sürecinin değişmesi, ön değerlendirme aşamasının proje aşamasındaki hedefler doğrultusunda düzenlenmesi, bireysel değerlendirme aşamasının zorluk düzeyinin programın amaçlarına göre planlanması gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Mevcut uygulamalar açısından özel yetenekleri geliştirme (ÖYG) programının sadeleştirilmesi gerektiği, çalgının ve koronun öğretmen insiyatifinde tema olarak planlanması gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Temsil temasının ise konserlerin öğretim sürecinin tamamlayıcı bir unsuru olmasından dolayı programın her düzeyinde planlanması gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Proje programında temaların seçmeli olması ve müzik çalışmalarına ilişkin yaptırıma yönelik ihtiyaçlar bulunduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Kurumlardaki fiziki koşulların öğretmen ve öğrenci görüşlerine dayalı olarak geliştirilmesi gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada, tanılama aşaması ile ÖYG ve proje programlarının hedeflerinin birbirini tamamlayabilecek şekilde düzenlenmesi gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

This study aimed to evaluate the opinions of teachers and students regarding the music education processes in BİLSEM institutions. The study group of the research designed according to the case study pattern consists of 16 music teachers working in 9 different provinces across 4 regions (marmara, central anatolia, aegean, black sea) and 25 students studying in the field of music. In the study, semi-structured interview forms were used as a data collection tool. In the analysis of the data, the content analysis technique was used. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained in the research; it was concluded that the nomination process in the identification stage should be changed, the preliminary evaluation stage should be organized in line with the objectives in the project phase, the difficulty level of the individual evaluation stage should be planned according to the objectives of the program. It has been concluded that, in terms of current practices, the special talent development (ÖYG) program should be simplified, and that the instrument and choir should be planned as themes under the initiative of the teacher. It has been concluded that the representation theme should be planned at every level of the program, since concerts are a complementary element of the teaching process. It was concluded that there is a need for themes to be optional in the project program and for requirements regarding sanctions related to music studies. It was concluded that the physical conditions in institutions should be improved based on the opinions of teachers and students. In the study, it was concluded that the diagnostic phase and the objectives of ÖYG and project programs should be structured in a way that allows them to complement each other.
