Özet
ÖZET Bu araştırma, ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan 4 ve 5. sınıf öğretmenlerinin fen bilgisi dersinde, eğitim araç-gereçlerini kullanma durumlarını ve eğitim araç-gereçlerinin etkili kullanımı konusunda hizmet-içi eğitim ihtiyaçlarını belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma betimsel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın evrenini, Ankara İl merkezinde Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan, 4 ve 5. sınıf fen bilgisi dersine giren öğretmenler oluşturmakta olup; örneklemini ise küme yöntemi ile seçilen ilköğretim 4 ve 5. sınıf fen bilgisi dersini işleyen toplam 120 öğretmen oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada kullanılan veriler, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen ve çoğaltılan anketlerle toplanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin değerlendirilmesinde yüzde, frekans ve kay-kare testi kullanılmış; aritmetik ortalama ve standart sapmaları hesaplanmıştır. Öğretmenlerin eğitimleri sırasında eğitim teknolojisi ya da eğitim araçları ile ilgili herhangi bir ders alma ve mesleği sırasında eğitim araç-gereçlerinin kullanımı konusunda hizmet-içi eğitim kursuna katılma durumlarına göre, görüşleri arasında 0,05 anlamlılık düzeyinde fark olup olmadığını belirlemek için“X2”testi uygulanmıştır. Ayrıca bu değerlendirmeleri elde etmek için SPSS (Statistical Packet for The Social Sciences) isimli bilgisayar programı kullanılmıştır.

11 SUMMARY This research is done in order to determine the usage vondition of the training materials in the technology lessons, by the primary school teachers who are in cherge of the- fourth and fifth classes and the need for the teachers to have vocational training regarding the efficient usage of the training materials. The research is a deseriptiive study. The research universe is composed of the teachers who are on duty in the primary schools, in the Ankara province center, under the Ministry of National Training, teaching technology lesson in the fourth and fifth classes; while the sample is composed o the total 120 teachers, teaching technology in the fourth and fifth classes of the primary schools, chosen by the set technic. The data used in the research are gathered by the questionaires developed and augmented by the researcher. In the evaluation of the gathered data percentage, frequency and chi-square test were used; arithmetic average and standard deviation were counted.“X2”test was applied in order to determine whether there is a difference or not in the 0,05 meaningness level within the teacher' convictions; in order to their conditions of whatever lessons regarding education technology or training materials that they look during their own education; and the participation of the vocational training courses regarding the usage of the training materials during their profession.
