ÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi ASETİK ASİT TÜREVLERİ SENTEZİ Selma DENİZ İnönü Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Kimya Anabilim Dalı viii + 60 sayfa 2002 Danışman:Doç.Dr.Ahmet METE Bu tezde bitki büyüme hormonlarından biri ve en önemlisi olan oksinlerin etkisine sahip olabileceği düşünülen bileşikler olarak asetik asit türevleri sentezlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yapılan deneyler sonunda elde edilen bileşiklerin, oksinlerin fizyolojik özelliklerini gösterip göstermedikleri incelenmeyip, sadece bu tür bileşiklerin sentezlenmesi ile ilgili deneyler ve sonuçlar sunulmuştur. Yapılan çalışmada klorasetik asit, metil klorasetat ve 2-klorasetamit çeşitli heterosiklik ve fenolik bileşiklerle etkileştirilmiştir. Bu tepkimeler hemen hemen pürüzsüz olarak gerçekleşmiş olup istenen ürünler iyi verimlerle elde edilmiştir.

ABSTRACT Master Thesis SYNTHESIS OF ACETIC ACID DERIVATIVES SelmaDENÎZ inönü University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of Chemistry viii + 60 sayfa 2002 Supervizor:Assis.Prof.Dr.Ahmet METE In this thesis it's aimed to make synthesis of acetic acid derivatives as the compounds that are thought to have the effect of the auxins that are the most important are of plant growth hormones. As a result of the experiments it's not examined that whether the compounds show physiological characteristics of auxins just experiments and results about synthesize of that kind of compounds are presented. In these experiments chloroacetic acid, methyl chloroacetate and 2- chloroacetamide are carried out with varied heterocyclic and phenolic compounds. These reactions are taked form aproximately smooth and wanted products are prepared with good outputs.
