6. ÖZET Bu çalışmada, analjezik ve anti-inflamatuvar etkiye sahip bileşiklerin geliştirilmesi amaçlanmış ve öncelikle 5-benzil-4-fenil-4if- 1,2,4- triazol-3-tiyol yapısmda olan sekizi orijinal oniki bileşik sentez edilmiştir. Elde edilen 4//-l,2,4-triazol-3-tiyol yapısındaki bileşiklerle ilgili veriler, Tablo-2 de verilmiştir. Tablo-2. Sentezlenen 5-benzil-4-feml-4#-l,2,4-triazol- 3-tiyol türevleri. ^^ R- N-N ^CH2" ^N SH KX1 R1119 Daha sonra etil [(5-benzil-4-fenil~4if-l,2,4-triazol-3-il)tiyo]asetat türevi tümü orijinal oniki bileşiğin daha sentezi gerçekleştirilmiştir. 7. SUMMARY In this study, we aimed to develop new analgesic and anti inflammatory compounds and first synthesized twelve 5-benzyl-4-phenyl- 4//-l,2,4-triazol-3-thiole derivatives in which eight of them are not previously reported in the literature. The data for the synthesized AH- 1,2,4- triazol-3-thiole derivatives are given in Table-2. Tablo-2. Synthesized 5-benzyl-4-phenyl-4if-l,2,4-triazol- 3-thiole derivatives. N-N R1124 Secondly, the synthesis of ethyl [(5-benzyl-4-phenyl-4//-l,2,4- triazol-3-yl)thio]acetate derivatives was accomplished in which twelve of them were original compounds. R- ^^ N-N CH2^N^S /CH2\.OEt II 0 R1125 Lastly, twelve more compounds, one of them is previously reported in the literature, which bear [(5-benzyl-4-phenyl-4i/- l,2,4-triazol-3-yl)thio]acetic acid structures were synthesized thinking that these compounds might show their analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity by selectively inhibiting cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) enzyme. The data for the synthesized [(4//-l,2,4-triazol-3-yl)thio]acetic acid derivatives are given in Table-4.126 Tablo-4. However, the biological activity testing studies of the synthesized twelve [(5-benzyl-4-phenyl-4i/-l,2,4- triazol-3-yl)thio]acetic acid derivatives are currently under investigation in our laboratory and will be reported in elsewhere.
