On the direction of to reduce-elevate the heaviness of the government on economic activities, privatization activities are put on the agenda, with which it is aimed to realize the possession rotation, In application to realize possession rotation named as sale method at privatization, beside the characteristics which affects the salability of the good on sale, the quality of the purchasers (particularly the insufficiency of the buying capability) are the elements which determine the success and unsuccess of the studies, The important peculiarities which affect the salability of the public enterprises are, that they are multinational enterprises, the difficulties of determining the value, the negative effects that are caused by the establishments that fall in damage. Beside the negative effects the enterprises for sale, the negative look of the purchasers at privatization, the insufficiency of buying capability, particularly the frightened look at foreign capital makes the sale difficult. The negative point of views likes this, will make it possible for the privatization activities to drag on, will cause an unclear environment in the decisions of the economy and will cause to appear social fluctuations with the pressure groups. For this reason in order to makeup a positive sight for the public, an arrangement that will purpose to satisfy all the purchasers, have to be handled, In our study“Privatization of Public Enterprises and Sale Methods in Turkey”we can say that it is necessary to make special studies in the direction of applications; that aims to verify the privatization purposes exactly and that prefers to look privatization from the point of economic view instead of political view, and these applications have to be directed to all groups of purchasers.
